Holy Cow! I am beyond impressed with the boot repair I got at Jensen’s!
I wish I had a «before» pic, but my old Frye harness boots were really beat up — I had worn them everyday for 5+ years and the heel was worn almost off (getting down into the sole). even though one of my harness straps was broken (I just had the strap tied to ring), I decided to see if it was worth having new heels put on before I bought a new pair.
A week later and my boots literally look like new! For $ 30, he put on new heels (and patched up the soles under), and polished them better than I ever have.
And as I pulled them out of the bag to check them out, he came out from the back to show me how he had seen that the strap was broken, so he fixed that, too!
It is so rare these days to see that level of craftsmanship and people who care about their work like that.
I will never have shoe or boot repair done anywhere else!

Great place to bring boots for repair. I tend to wear out a pair of boots once a year and instead of buying new ones, I take them to Lupe at Jensen’s Shoes to have them made brand new.
They won’t get them done in 2 or 3 days, but it’s definitely worth the wait because they do a thorough job for a very fair price. I just got a pair of 10 year old black Tony Lamas not only half soled and healed, but also repaired on the upper sole of one of them and re-​sowed all for 70 bucks. Some places charge that just for the half sole and heal and don’t even do that good of a job. They also give them a great shine and clean.

They aren’t a fashion shoe store. They specialize in orthotics and shoes that give you the best support. I took my 4 year old son here. He has worn orthotics for over 2 years now. Every trip to the pediatrist was several hundred dollars for orthotics that laster 12 months, if we were lucky. As soon as the rep at Jensens saw my sons foot she knew exactly what was wrong. She was great with my son, found us exactly what we need, and we couldnt be happier. These are the best pair of orthotics we’ve ever had! My son hasn’t complained once. In the past, we would get orthotics then have to go back for a re-​fit at least once. They got it perfect the first time around. Their prices? MUCH cheaper than a podiatrist and no charge for a fitting. I estimate our savings to be around $ 400 and we left with a better quality product. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Haven’t bought shoes from here but my girlfriend dropped off some dance shoes for repair.
Only took two days and less then $ 10 later they were as good as new. The employees were super friendly and helpful.
As for the selection of their shoes they have for sale, doesn’t seem to much variety. They had a lot of new balance but they don’t carry asics which is a big loss in my book.
