From the minute I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment, to my last visit has been nothing but exceptional service. I had cataracts removed and my lenses replaced with upgraded lenses (multi-​focal lenses). I no longer have to wear glasses which I needed to see up close and far away. What a freedom that is!!! My eyesight is better than ²⁰⁄₂₀ at most distances and up close. Dr. Horn is a dry eye specialist and took a lot of time correcting my dry eyes before determining which lens would be best for me. He took into consideration my lifestyle, my eyes and which lens suited me best. He listened and instilled much confidence in me. Look him up and read his accomplishments and awards. The office staff and Eye Surgery Center were outstanding!
Lens replacement is very specialized. Dr. Horn does this almost every day and has been doing it for over 10 years. I believe his experience and knowledge is superior to other ophthalmologist in the area. I checked around before going to him. He has replaced the lenses of 2 neuro surgeons I work with, and that says a lot.

I was referred to Dr Horn. by my regular eye doctor. Dr Carl Vinson. Dr Horn and his staff provided me the confidence I needed to allow him and his staff to perform my LASIK surgery. I still can’t get over the fact that I am able to see for the first time in my life without glasses. He even took time out of his busy day to check my mothers eyes «who was only there to drive me». He makes all of his patients feel like a person and not like a number. He also performs all surgeries personally.
