This place has the best curly fries hands down. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my absolute fav item. Hate that the service is slow. Also, 99% of the time I go to order fast food, my order is wrong. I specifically asked for cheese on my sandwich and paid for it and now I have to put my own cheese on my sandwich that I have at home. It was almost a three star review until I realized there was no cheese. That and all of the workers are always rude and seem to hate their lives or something. Also, wishing the jack in the box in Smyrna didn’t close down because now I have to drive half and hour of I want something.

Don’t just don’t…go somewhere else… The owner needs to do some firing at this location super slow and very unprofessional workers… if you want fast this ain’t the spot… while I have been typing this 3 cars have driven off… Oh my fucking god after waiting for about 30 minutes I get to the window only to be told that my food wasn’t even made yet because of a shift change What the fuckkk

I’m sure this Jack in the Box is fine during peak hours in the daytime, but if you plan on coming here after your late nights at the bar, expect to sit in line for at least 30 minutes for your food. The first time I came here, I got my food but it took about 30 minutes from order to pickup. I should have pulled away and left, but my stomach NEEDED those tacos and eggrolls. The second time I came the guy at the window told me some group of people came through and bought ALL their tacos, so I guess it isnt really their fault, but I still creeped through the drive-thru line for WAY too long. The third time was my last time I decided i’d go there. I was behind one other car, so I thought«cool, this wont take long». The man in front of me told his order to the magical speakerbox, and drove up to the window. But when I pulled up to the speakerbox, I was greated with dead air. I said«hello» to it a few times, I honked, I backed up and pulled up again thinking it didnt sense my car… but then I noticed the guy in front of me yelling at the window… No one was there. They took his order and just left us hanging. That man eventually pulled away and left without his food. I waited it out a little more, probably 10 minutes more I stayed parked infront of the speaker… I couldn’t take it anymore after that 10 minutes so I decided to pull away, but before I could leave the parking lot I looked into the store one last time and saw the giant of a lady manager(i assume because of her age and different color shirt) and the incompitant employee both coming out of the same bathroom… WTF!!! I was almost tempted to pull back around and order now that the 2 person crew was done with their bathroom secrets, but by then 5 more cars were waiting in line… Screw it. I don’t know what kind of shenanigans were going on in that store where they just left it abandoned for 30 whole minutes, but I won’t be going back to ask. I suggest you don’t either.

Stopped here on Saturday 12÷13÷14 to grab breakfast before heading across town, I got the croissant sausage combo: my croissant was burnt, the cheese and sausage were cold and my hashbrown stale and hard, it was as if it was old and sitting there for hours. I went back tonight on my lunch break from work because there really isn’t much open at 3am so choices are limited. This location isn’t close but isn’t really far either but on a 30 minute lunch your on a time crunch. When I arrived they had a line, it looked like they were taking one order fixing the food and then not taking the other order until that persons food was done, the person in front of me finally gave up and left but i decided to try and stick it out because at this point there was no way I had time to go anywhere else. I finally gave up and left after waiting 10 minutes and still hadn’t had a chance to order even though I’d been sitting at the menu for a good 4 – 5 minutes. All around shitty service at this location. If you’re going to stay open late make sure you have enough people working to so it doesn’t seem as if the person working the window is the one working the kitchen as well.

I stayed at the motel across the street and wanted a little breakfast sandwich before checkout. You know how horrible continental breakfast can be at an ABV Inn, so I walked over to JiB#6912. As I waited for way too long, I noticed the manager whipping some tacos together for an order with… wait for it… her bare hands. I noticed this when I saw her posing lettuce into the taco shells. I thought to myself, «Well, that’s fucking nasty, I better just get a coffee and get the hell outta Dodge.» By then the guy in front of me that had not ordered yet just left because this crew just sucks big-time. There was another guy that left frustrated before him. So who comes up and finally takes my order? The manager who prepares the food without food-serving gloves. I ordered a coffee and sadly did not order breakfast in fear someone’s hands would touch my food then my money, then my food, then someone else’s food and money and so on. I got my receipt so I could take the survey. Gonna see if they get back to me. I doubt it, but I decided to try it. People serving food should be clean about it whether it be fast food, junk food, or bar food.

I was traveling through the Nashville area and decided to stop here because I haven’t had jack in the box in a long time. I ordered a blazin’ chicken sandwich meal, but when I went to sit down my fries were cold. I’m not one to usually send food back, but I really wanted hot fries. I talked to the manager, Deejay, and he said he would take care of it. I sat back down at my table and a couple minutes later the manager brought out my hot fries and a free piece of pie. Excellent customer service here. I will probably stop by if I’m back through here again.

Can’t you find some good help that knows even a little about customer service? Love your food but not worth dealing with your employees to get it! What’s the deal!!!

I went here because one its close to the house, and second I had a coupon to get a free BLT Cheeseburger when you purchase a large soda… The soda was only $ 1.00 so for a $ 1.09 I was able to get a burger and a drink… awesome deal!!! It was not the best!!! But hey for $ 1.09…can’t beat it!!! But really a typical burger with Bacon on it!!!

We were so excited to see Jack in the Box on our way to Bonnaroo, that we planned a dinner pit stop there on our way home. It was terrible. Ok, the food wasn’t *bad* but everything else about the time we were there was mindbogglingly horrendous. We were the only ones in the restaurant. But it still took 5 – 10 minutes before anyone came to the register to take our order. The the food took an incomprehensible amount of time to come out. It’s nice to see that they actually cleaned the place, but all the trash cans in the place were pulled out and had no trash bags in them, just sitting in the aisles. Someone mopped and didn’t put up a sign and I slipped as I was walking out the door. The woman *finally* putting bags in the trash cans yelled across the lobby«The floor’s wet, honey» AFTER I had already slipped. I couldn’t stop the snark when I replied«Yeah, I think I got that!» I’ve seen aloof fast food workers before… but this was to a ridiculous degree. The only plus was that they had strawberry Fanta in the soda machine.
