This is a great program, and I call it program instead of a gym because it’s not like your traditional gym at all. I’m new and just did my 2nd real class this morning after completing the 101 training classes. Classes are challenging and the instructors are great. They limit classes to 20 people and have two instructors for each class. The workouts are simple in that there are usually only 3 – 4 exercises in the actual workout but very difficult because the way they arrange the reps, it is cardio as well as weights, and all the moves are functional movements. It costs more than some other options but the way I look at it is how do you put a price on your health? I want to get in shape and stay motivated and not get hurt and Iron Tribe is the way to go.
