Green Cleaners

It’s hard to find a good dry cleaner these days. This was my first visit to Green Cleaners… and I will be back.
The person that greeted me at the door was helpful and welcomed me in. I had called earlier in the morning to ask how long it would take to turn around my suits, and he remembered when I came in. If you take your dry cleaning in before 10, they’ll have it ready for you the same day. It’s nice to be able to drop things off before work, and pick things up on your way home in the afternoon.
They were happy to have my business and I appreciate that. I will certainly be giving them more.

Very quick turnaround on all dry cleaning. I also got alterations on two Lacoste shirts because the lady at green hills sold two basic parachutes and the staff at green cleaners tailored them to perfection! I would recommend to all!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
They have ruined a shirt, a vest, and now my cashmere winter topcoat. The management tried to tell me that I brought the coat in that way instead of their incompetent staff ruining my coat. Please do not ever get your clothing cleaned here. They will eventually mess up something you cherish and will not offer a cent in compensation.

Lost a very expensive shirt and could have cared less. Offered no compensation or even an apology.

I have taken shirts, pants, sweaters, and coats here numerous times over the last two years. Pick up, drop off, and cleaning is all prompt. You can’t beat their drive up either. The staff has always been friendly to me.

I was a customer here for about 6 months. Prices were ok but my clothes always came over starched, even after asking them to tone it down. They did a sub– par job but they were quick and the most convenient place for me. However, the reason for the one star was because of their alterations services and customer service. The zipper of a designer (read: expensive and high quality) skirt had separated in one tiny spot so I asked what they could do and they said replacing the zipper would be the best option. I’d trusted them because at this point they had done a decent job dry cleaning my clothes. Big mistake. I got my skirt back, put it back in my closet and when I put it on about a month after the repairs, the zipper wouldn’t even budge. In fact, the skirt was worse off than when I dropped it off. I took the skirt back to see what they could do. I had my receipt too. The guy behind the counter said they wouldn’t do anything because «it had been too long.» I asked if they stood behind their work and he said no. With that response I took my ruined skirt and said I’d never use their services again.

If i could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my comforter to be cleaned by these people and returned when they told me. I was then told to come back the next day which was a Saturday then I show up and I am told that «it all messed up inside» and «it sent for alterations» ready tuesday. At this point I’m like wtf? Where is my comforter and what do you mean «all mess up inside»??? I just wanted my comforter back and had to call the police to get it returned to me. The man who works the front, Asian guy who said it all mess up, is extremely rude and got very disrespectful with me and chose to ignore me and not explain what was going on which was why I had to resort to calling the police. They washed my comforter when I specifically told him dry clean only and they were going to send it to be taken apart, re-​stuffed and put back together. Awful, do not trust them with your things.
