Gracie’s Skin & Body

For Miss Gracie.
My review is obsolete simply because she has plenty of satisfied clients speaking on her behalf. However, I felt compelled to throw my two cents in. So I opened up a Unilocal account. I am very picky about my skin, especially down there and who I expose it to. Super sensitive skin! One word, Brazilian. Her bedside manner is spot on. It wasn’t awkward at all. I feel like I’ve known her for years and I just met her today. Gracie is highly qualified (above and beyond) what is expected. She is the quickest and cleanest I’ve ever been to. And it was as close to «ouchless» as it has ever been for me. Her staff is kind and very helpful. Her establishment is clean and cozy. So, all that being said about Gracie as a business owner and skin/​body guru-​Dr. she is not boring whatsoever. She if full of spirit, genuine, & caring. She’s got a list of achievements that goes on for miles. I am very impressed with her as a whole and I’m more than happy to bring my business to her as long as I live in Tennessee.

How about a review from a Guy — GRACIE is amazing. She is fast and extremely professional. ANY service you need, Gracie is very comfortable and therefore allows you to be comfortable. Customer Service is also great — phone calls to remind you of the scheduled time and very accommodating if changes need to be made to the appointment time! There is not a better place to get waxed!

I wish I could have had a better experience at Gracies. I really wanted to like it. Everyone was so nice, sweet, and helpful on the phone, once I had gotten there, afterwards, etc.
I called to book an appointment after reading the positive reviews on Unilocal.Gracie was out of town the week I needed a wax and so I booked a brazilian with Elizabeth. Gracie cautioned me that the reviews I had read online were about her, not Elizabeth, and maybe I should have realized my mistake from there, but I was new in the Nashville area and needed to get waxed before I headed away for a romantic weekend.
The place is spotless, it’s very relaxing, and everyone is very sweet. That being sad, when I am getting a Brazilian and going through the pain and just general awkwardness that that entails (and paying for it) I want everything gone. And let’s just say, it wasn’t. I’ve gotten waxed everywhere from San Francisco, to Chicago, to New York City, to Australia and I’ve never had a less thorough job. Everyone was so nice I would not discriminate against them in the future for something like a facial. But when it comes to below my neck I’ll go somewhere else.

Thank you Gracie! I was tired, annoyed at not having found a good waxer in town, and needed to get home and make exam review packets… I called on my way, then I just showed up. She squeezed me in for a wax before a 5:30 facial… So quick, easy and fun to talk to. Also very cute little house and candy out on the table – love it.

Gracies is the only place I have ever been to for a facial and I really do love growing. Here is my deal, when I am stripping off makeup and somebody is getting up in my face, at the very least, even if they don’t’ mean it, I want them showing me some love. I don’t’ want to hear about how my pores are a mess or how I have sun damage. I want compliments and pampering and this is what Gracie is all about.
I don’t’ have any other facials to compare them to but they really are lovely and my skin feels amazing afterwards and I feel like I definitely look better in makeup for months. It really does bring out a clarity and glow to your skin.
The basics are a good scrubbing, then some masks, some funny lights and steam, then she usually does some free waxing, then massaging, then more waxing, then some love, then I sleep for a few minutes and boom, I am gorgeous according to Gracie…
