This place is awesome. Joey brandon and the staff are great! Clean clean clean! At least 1 of every piece of gym equipment in the world! All new year resolutions should go here!

Nice environment for a great workout. My wife loves the theater room with all the cardio equipment. They have subcontracted fitness trainers that are all very professional and very professional.
This is a gym. I am a member and i travel a lot — 3 weeks a month. So while on the road i go to lots of gyms and this is my favorite by far. They have 4 cardio areas !! Who else has that? no one.
they have a huge free weight area, a gigantic machine area, a self guided and self paced fitness area, and the theater room is really a great idea, big screen movies and cardio equipment.
They have a juice bar, and lots of classes. The flaw if there is one, is how small the locker rooms are. There are definitely better locker rooms and the showers are very basic. They are clean, but could use some sprucing up. But i like the work out areas and the trainers, they are a terrific group.
I dont think they have a child care option, but my kids are old enough that this is not an problem, but you might want to call if this is a requirement.
