Flava’s

I arrived at Flava’s and wanted to check in via Unilocal.To my surprise it is not on here. The space is very spacious and open. There is a full bar on the right hand side. I didn’t know what specific liquors were available or not because I didn’t drink. But it looked like they had lots of good quality top-​shelf liquors there. Ciroc, Patron, Hennessy, etc. I went with a group of friends that did order drinks and they said they were mixed well. They had what looked like home made soft drinks too. I didn’t have any because I don’t like sweet drinks but I am sure they were good because they seemed to be popular.
I wanted to try the hot chicken. I got the tenders combo. I assume everything was made fresh to order because it took maybe about 10 minutes.
The Chicken was delicious. I got the medium heat level. It was not as hot as other places but good and spicy for me. It wasn’t a wet sauce — but rather fried in. there was plenty of grease /​sauce at the bottom that I lovingly dipped my chicken in. The fries were a bit on the dry side but still edible. I ate it all. Really good flavour! The theme of the restaurant is «flava» and they live up to this. The chicken was soft and very flavourful.
For drinks I only asked for tap water but they also have bottled water, bottled sodas, and as I said before, bottled home made sweet drinks.
There are TV’s on the walls and good music pumping. Good playlist.
In my haste I didn’t get photos but I plan on taking some during my next visit.
