Dunkin’ Donuts

Such a wonderful team that works at this location! I’ve been at almost (if not all) of the DDs in Nashville, and this one is by far the most friendly and definitely caters to each order. Zach and Scott are both phenomenal and they work the afternoon /​/​evening shifts, and they will take care of you. I’ve been during the day, as well, and although they were busy they still took great care of me.

Look I never give low stars but this place is insane. Consistently the wrong order (and I mean simple shit like ice or no ice), and, holy crap the wait time is unbelievable. It regularly can take over ten minutes to get my order even if I am the only person in the line. I literally have no idea what the hell they are doing in there.

What a sorry place this is for service. It’s my local DD I prefer the lattes here to the ones served at Starbucks.
But when did «the customer is always right» (especially when they are being incredibly polite about their issue) become a thing of the past.

Great team here. In Nashville it’s this location, the one by the airport, the one on Elliston, or the one by Vandy. Haven’t been to the new one on Old Hickory yet, but this location is tops. ALSO! THEY HAVE HALF PRICED POUNDS OF COFFEE ON THURSDAYS!

I am from the northeast and absolutely love dunks and was extremely excited when this location opened up in bellevue some years ago. This Dunkin donuts provides hands down the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The staff has proven itself incapable of correctly fulfilling any order, regardless of how simple. I am a sucker because I keep going back, but this is because I love dunkies and don’t want to start going to Starbucks. My husband and I always joke when we go there about how they will mess our current order up. I have gotten an everything bagel given to me with BLUEBERRY cream cheese on it and just left with two coffees and a breakfast sandwich and literally each component of the order was incorrect– iced when should be hot, pumpkin in the wrong drink, etc. unless you are a fool and die hard Dunkin fan like myself stay away!

So I love donuts and I love coffee… but don’t go here if you have a specific donut in mind! They usually have a ton of iced sprinkled donuts in a ridiculous amount of colors, but beyond that good luck! Also the coffee is a hit or miss at this location. I am a frequent visitor here because Bellevue doesn’t have a whole lot going on but don’t go with high expectations!

Indeed… I am the Dutchess of said Dunkin Donuts, so I should have something to say about it, right? Umm… it’s a chain store that sells donuts and I like donuts? Okay, kidding aside for the next sentence or three, I’m never going to slam a Dunkin Donuts in TN. I’m a northeastern er and having DD move into our neck of the wood was a BFD. Krispy Kremes are lovely, but for the cake donut afficianato, they just don’t cut it. The location is small, has a drive thru and is clean and well kept up. They don’t have butternut donuts (Esquire magazine’s professed «ULTIMATE DONUT» — I agree with that — but they have a good selection on weekends. If you go past 5 pm, its pretty sketchy in terms of selection. It’s a win for Bellevue if not a great step forward for mankind.

Dunks has the best coffee hands down. However, this location has service issues at times. Today I went through the drive-​thru after a fiasco at Fox’s Donut Den. All I wanted was coffee! I waited… And waited… Finally I park and go inside. I asked why I got no response from the drive-​thru and was told it’s broken. The man behind the counter was nice and even gave me the coffee for free. I’ll continue to go there only because there are few other DD’s in west Nashville. Just be prepared, though the coffee is outstanding, the service is hit or miss.
