Dunkin’ Donuts

Wow. This is possibly the unhappiest group of employees I’ve ever seen in my life. I get it, it’s early, the weather wasn’t fantastic, but when I smile and greet YOU and ask how you are, at least pretend to care a little bit. They were out of flatbread, which they informed me after a whole bunch of other customers were in and out while I stood there, patiently waiting, not throwing a fit. I won’t make a scene in person, but I’ll write in detail and tear your business apart on Unilocal.
My ham and cheese ‘flatbread’ which I had to change to a nearly burnt croissant just to get my sandwich, was thrown together without care, and no announcement what it was as they tossed it on the service counter and didn’t look at me again.
Cranky group of folks. I’ll skip the most important meal of the day before I stop here again.

Got egg and cheese croissant which was cold and I had to throw it away. There is staff but had to wait while for food considering how many people they had working and how slow it was. If food is cold in slow time of day. I onli can imagine how it would be during rush hour.

Broken Espresso machine? Check.
Inability of the person at the counter to take an order correctly? Check.
Meh Coffee? Check.
I haven’t been to a DD in a while and after this trip I’m in no rush to head to one again anytime soon.

When the word «toasted» is in the name, please toast it. Also they got rid of the sweet guy who worked the drive thru. Hopefully he’s on to bigger and better things, but his replacements have all been daft idiots.

It’s a clean and friendly Dunkin’ Donuts. Walked in 10 minutes before they closed and everybody was just as friendly as they could be. Coffee didn’t taste horrible (considering it was the end of the day) and was a good price.

I have been to this location several times thinking my experience will be better than the the last and each time it gets worse. I only go to the drive thru and each time I’m there a minimum of 10 – 15 minutes. I do not understand what the problem is… It’s coffee and donuts people!
I do not recommend this place at all!! Management should be ashamed of how this place is run.
I have been to several Dunkin Donuts in several different states and cities. This is by far, hands down, without a doubt the worst one.

Ok I admit it. I’m hooked on coolatas. But that’s MY problem. This Dunkin’s problem is that their machine is «broken» every other day. When you do get them they are not up to par. I know I’m spoiled as I come from the Boston area, where there is a Dunkin on every corner, just about. But I would think that they should all be made with the same measurements.

2 Stars for service. I love DD, but the service at this location needs to improve. While being waited on, a drive thru order came in & the woman opted to tell me I had to wait, rather than fill my order which was first.

I drove all the way over to this DD from my condo downtown to get some donuts because they are the closest drive thru and they have NO donuts!!! They tell me Thier baker did not come lastnight! Wow! Wtf

This Dunkin Donuts is SO fast, friendly and on top of it! I stop here regularly on my way into work around 7:30am. The drive-​thru moves REALLY fast even if there are several cars ahead of you. The times I have actually gone in, I am equally impressed by their speed and service. Overall, I’m in love with this Dunkin Donuts — you can pick up donuts (a wide assortment) OR they have a wide assortment of bagels as well as the typical hot menu.
So glad I found a great morning caffeine stop!

I went there yesterday for a business meeting and thought I’d order breakfast. After the cook made my order he walked to the counter and calls out bacon egg and cheese bagel. A woman turns and grabs the order and leaves. I had ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels with a order of hash browns. So I stand for a few more minutes when a indian lady asked me what i was waiting on when I told her she tells me I have already received my order. I responded by saying I think you gave it to someone else. She then starts yelling at me telling me that was my order and I should have got it when the cook called it out. They were rude discourteous and disorganized. I will never go there again.

Consistency wherever I go with DD. This location be prepared to be covered in cigarette smoke outside from all the cabbies hanging out. Can’t enjoy a nice morning on the patio tables.

Only ever had good service. Not sure what that dude down there is talking about, but then again I wouldn’t go to a place I don’t like over and over again.

I never really cared for this place. I am not a huge Dunkin Donuts fan to begin with. Their coffee is weird and their donuts are expensive. I’ve gone here for wifi and to pass the time, and I’d come to expect the brain-​dead customer service and the overpricing, but today finally was the last straw.
I walk in, and the world’s first living brain donor can barely open his mouth enough to be heard. I slowly and clearly give him my order, but since he’s lacking a cerebral cortex, he can’t remember the words I said thirty seconds ago. After getting my food order correct (though slowly ans awkwardly), he then proceeds to make my coffee order, which he got wrong, EVEN THOUGH HE ENTERED IT PROPERLY ON THE CASH REGISTER! He went from entering my drink order correctly, to making the wrong drink two minutes later.
I ask to speak to the manager, but the management of the store is apparently as lacking in higher functions because there is no manager in the store. Let me repeat, they left a minion with the intelligence of a potted fern in the store without anyone who is able to correct his mistakes.
After months of dealing with discourtesy, stupidity, and a long-​term lack of powdered donuts (one of the most popular styles of donut and they never make enough to make it to noon?), I am done. The service is TERRIBLE, the attitude is UNBELIEVABLE, and the options are DEPLORABLE. If you’re that desperate for Dunkin Donuts, at least go to one of the nearby locations on Fessler’s Lane or at the Old Hickory Blvd. exits. This place is a nightmare.

I wholly admit that I’ve never actually set foot inside this Dunkin Donuts. All of my experiences have been with the drive thru.
Ever have those mornings where you’re running late, but you still need your coffee and your work coffee really sucks? Those are my days almost every day.
So — I stop at the trusty Dunkin Donuts. Nothing special. Just good iced coffee (or regular coffee if it’s cold out).
