I went here to get contacts for the first time and they worked with me for a long time to find the contacts that worked. I even came back several times cause after trying them for a few days they were uncomfortable. Since I was not used to contacts my eyes took a while to adjust and they helped me through that. Then with my glasses I had a particular pair I love and they did not carry. They tracked them down at another store and got them for me. When they started stretching out I went back in to have them pushed back in and they did it without any question or hardly any wait. The only reason I would give them five stars is because they are kind of expensive.

Had a 4:30 appointment. came in a few minutes early, filled out paperwork. sat around for half an hour. Finally by 5 I left because I had no idea how long I was going to sit. I wasn’t the only person who left, a couple got up and left a few minutes before I did. I don’t know what their problem is.

I went to this office once three(or four?) years ago for an eye exam. I was unimpressed by the optometrist, the front desk staff, and the eyeglass selection, and opted to take my business elsewhere. Yet I still incessantly received automated phone calls about setting up another appointment. I spoke with a woman two years ago(holy cow, they actually had a real person call me about scheduling an appointment, too!) and I told her that I wished to be removed. Fast forward to 2015. I am still receiving periodic automated messages from Ducklo eye care, and I don’t even live in TN any longer. Today,(after another automated call), I called them back. I had to call four times — FOUR: each call it rang and rang and I was directed to, you guessed it — another automated service. After choosing a number and listening to it ring and ring again, I was told that all employees were busy assisting other customers. After hitting redial the fourth time, I finally got ahold of a live person, who(rather bitchily I might add) told me that she would remove me from her system. This office is a zoo. I got that impression the first time I visited — they regard customers as moneymakers, not as real people. This was cemented by their continued harassment to get me back in the office. Avoid this office — there are much better optometrists(and experiences) elsewhere in Nashville!

Some lame company that text me, I needed a eye appt? I’m on the do not call list, don’t know how they have my cell number. Have to solicit by texting people? I wouldn’t go to any company who needs to do this and if they continue I will call BBB and state attorney general office. Totally lame and I would be very weary of any company who does this type of practice by texting individuals they need a eye appt. I have a Optometrists and recently had an exam. It’s rude to assume I need a eye appt. How the hell do they know what I need? I need them to stop texting my cell phone is what I need, stupid people!!!

They make fun of the patients behind their backs, WHILE they’re still there sitting in the chair, waiting for the doctor to stop making fun of them with the other staff.

Terrible customer service. The sales person who was«helping» me didn’t seem to understand their own promotion. I was promised a phone call to let me know when the glasses were done. I never got that. Furthermore, they took so long to get back to me that my daughter had already left for school before I finally got a hold of someone. The only positive thing I have to say is that they gave me a refund when I finally gave up and canceled my order. Take your business elsewhere if you want an actual pair of glasses.
