Really impressive customer service. Spoke with Nick on the phone and in the store and he was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and didn’t push me with a bunch of unnecessary extras. Will definitely be back!

Went to discount tire on the strong recommendation of a coworker, and I’m happy to say they lived up to the high praise my coworker gave. I had never bought tires before and went in to buy new tires for my 2011 Honda Civic and the staff was very professional and courteous. They talked me through 4 options, and I ended up going with Michelin premier tires for about $ 700 since I wanted longer mileage and do some driving in Wisconsin. While I was waiting, a guy came in with an unknown low pressure issue– they found a nail and fixed it for free. Another guy came in for a rotation– also free. They’re clearly not kidding about those guarantees, and I will definitely be going back when the need arises.
They have free coffee/​bottled water in the waiting room and a giant window if you’re paranoid like me and want to watch them work on your car. I’m writing this on site, but they told me it takes about 45 min to get tires changed. They’re not busy today, so I assume you will need to wait longer on weekends.
