Dang It Repair

Good, not great.
The staff is friendly and you are treated with value and respect. However I took my Note 5 into this establishment and they told me they needed to order the camera part (as expected). The part was the rear camera lens for the phone which I cracked. I said okay cool let me know when it’s in.
Three or four days later, I got a call that my lens was in. I told the voice on the phone that I will bring the phone in tomorrow since I live a good 20 to 30 minutes out of town.
The next day I arrive with my phone and the service person there could not find the part. I was a bit irritated but thought, these things happen. No big deal. I left and came back a couple days later to drop my phone off after they found my lens.
Upon research onto how to get the back off my phone which is basically glued glass, the staff thought it would be wise as a precaution to myself and the phone that an additional back was ordered to replace my glass back in case mine shatters upon removal. I agree and they order the part.
I call four days later looking to see if my back is in and no, not yet. On Monday (over the weekend) I get a call my phone is ready to go. I take the phone in and it was fixed in hardly an hour. I paid them and left. I am really happy with the fix, disappointed in the process.

These guys are friendly and helpful! They were able to collect my pics/​videos and wipe my phone when my screen shattered. My phone service didn’t have the software, but they did. Thanks guys!
