Although the gal at the check-​in counter wasn’t the most pleasant and seemed to have no customer service skills, Dr. Gross was very kind, caring and able to express my situation in terms that I could understand. Even further, he offered natural remedies for my eye health and care. He is not the sort of Doctor to schedule surgery if it’s not necessary, thank you Dr. Gross !

I was in a bind and had to call a few ophthalmologist offices before I found one that would help me. This office was very friendly and actually cared about my situation. I had misplaced my contact lenses and glasses and could not see at all! I found one spare contact lens and put it on one eye but my sight was still blurry. Anyway, I called a few offices asking if they had any samples or extra pairs of contact lenses with my prescription at their office. I just needed a pair to get me through the week but 2 or 3 offices told me that I would have to make an appointment to get my eyes examined so they could write a prescription and order a box and would give me a sample after I ordered or they said that I needed a physician script as proof that a doctor prescribed the power that I was telling them. I guess, it’s not a big deal but this was the one office that was willing to see me the same day and help me out with a sample. They weren’t trying to get lots of money out of me or take advantage of my desperate situation. Very helpful people! They were really busy too! I really appreciate it!
