This is only late night delivery to east Nashville. Which if they could delivery on time would be a 5 star review. But waiting 1.5hrs for a sub-par chicken strip is intolerable. Hire more drivers and delivery your food quicker and you have a win.

Great late night delivery for drunken taste buds. Hot food every time! If you are looking for hot food delivered in an hour or so, be patient and you won’t go to bed hungry.

We ordered food off of Grub Hub and had it delivered. The food is delicious! The large Calzone is really large and cooked perfectly. If we lived in this area it would be a place we visited regularly.

For a late-night spot willing to serve a hungry crew of inebriated partiers, Caeser’s didn’t disappoint. I think there were about eight of us desperately hoping our Über driver would take us somewhere decent. Thankfully, he did. The pizza was delicious, the server was willing to split the check(which some people in our party were incapable of figuring out on their own), and no one complained about us dancing in the dining room. Best part? I evidently dropped my license there and Shellie found me on Facebook to return it to me. She was even willing to mail it to me! How’s that for service? I’m impressed!

We walked in and it was empty, so of course you almost want to turn around and walk out. So glad we didn’t. It was fantastic!

I was a little afraid, I order my meal then read the reviews but I was very happy to find I had great service. The delivery was fast and the pizza and salad very good!!!

Work very close by for past 14 years though this place has only been open for the last 4 – 5(?). Use to be a meat n three… I try it occasionally in an attempt to eat close to the office but never amazed or impressed. I would say this place is only OK. Their pizza rolls are ok but have heard rumor some of their stuff is actually frozen? Don’t know for sure but wouldn’t be surprised.

This place was recommended by our hotel front desk for good pizza. We arrived at 4:30 pm. You would expect decent service when you are the only people in the place. The pizza was ok at best. The waitress was a complete air head barely knew her name. We ordered a pizza with sausage, onion and green pepper for the waitress to come back to tell us no green pepper. But my wife’s salad came out with green pepper on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

This restaurant is one of the worst in Nashville. Not only did we have to wait for 45 minutes for our food, the waitress didn’t even know which food we had. The food itself was alright, but it was ordinary Italian food at best.

The food is OK, but the customer service is the worst. The first time I went, I didn’t post a review because everyone has a bad day sometimes. The second time, I called an order in after they left a menu on my apartment door. When the girl answered the phone(the same girl from my first visit with a terrible attitude), I told her I wanted to place a delivery order. Her response: «Alright, that’s fine, but hurry up.» What? Are you serious? There’s 7+ pizza joints in the downtown area. I chose yours over all the others to spend my money. The last thing I want is to AGAIN be treated as though it’s an inconvenience for me to place an order. Anyways, I quickly told her what I wanted, she gave me the total, and hung up the phone. No «thank you», no «have a nice night», no anything. Next time, I’ll give my money to someone else.

Went last week only because it’s convenient to work & not because the food is good(it’s just so-so). Apparently, our order was lost & we weren’t even given an apology. Worse customer service EVER.

Might possibly be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a pizza and then shortly thereafter called to cancel the order thinking everything was fine. Much to my dismay, they continued to charge my credit card. When I called to inquire about the incident, I spoke to the manager, Mike, who questioned whether I was«drunk and didn’t remember eating the pizza?» I could not believe my ears. After this, he sent me a copy of the receipt that a «mystery» person had signed, and not only was I charged for a pizza I did not order, the receipt shows that the person who signed(I imagine the driver) gave himself a generous $ 3 tip on top of the free pizza he received. I have called repeatedly and the staff answering the phone are never helpful as now, mike, the manager does not even answer or return my calls. This has been an ongoing issue for three weeks now! Please do yourself a favor and do not order from here. Terrible service, and from what I read from previous reviews, awful food to boot. Terrible, sad and unfortunate that this theft continues.

Nashville is still growing. In a year(hopefully sooner), there will be more options for late® night quick eating Downtown but until there are, there’s Caesar’s. A staple of post-room service munchies at the local hotels, Caesar’s has the pizza thing down to a science. On a Wednesday night that had me running from pillar to post, I needed food for the safety of all around me. Striking out nearly everywhere within a four-block radius, I went with Caesar’s. A 10″ supreme pizza sounded just right. What did not sound just right were the fees associated with delivering it to my hotel. I saved nearly four dollars(not including the tip I’d had to give to the delivery guy) by hoofing it and picking it up myself. I understand that everyone has a bottom line and that businesses are in the practice of making money but when you’ve practically cornered the market, think of the future. When there are other choices around, brand familiarity might not be enough to keep you afloat. I picked the pie up, received a couple of grunts from the guys behind the counter, paid my money, and went off in to the night. The pizza was what you expected: cheesy, not-too-greasy, decently-adorned with pepperoni and the(standard) rest. It was enough to fill me up(of course I ate the whole thing; I hadn’t eaten in eight hours) but it didn’t send me in to flights of ecstasy. Points, though, for eating a pizza late® at night and not being plagued by indigestion. #oldmanproblems

Good service, quick and easy. Food was very bland… atmosphere lacking a lot. I would recommend this for pizza only.

Great place for pizza in downtown Nashville. It has daily lunch specials. Great place for those who work downtown and need a place within walking distance. Strengths: Pizza is fantastic. Food served quickly. Opportunities: Service not great, but not rude. More McDonalds attitude than higher end restaurants in the area. Rarely do I see a crowd there. That makes me nervous for it’s future. Summary: Great place for lunch or dinner.

My group of six walked right in and were greeted by… no one. We found a table easily that would accommodate our group. After sitting for a bit I approached the only waitress in the restaurant at the register that was also busy taking phone orders to see if it was counter or table service. She soon came back to take our order. 30 minutes later my group received our orders pizza specials, calzone and hoagie. The pizza was okay –nothing special but I was told the calzones were good. The service was slow but I can’t blame the waitress since she was running the entire front of the house. It’s just too long to wait when you’ve only got an hour for lunch.

Some of the best late-night food I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton and ordered from Caesar’s both nights! Eggplant parm sandwiches were killer!!! Cheese sticks, great. Do NOT get the ranch… it’s disgusting and out of a bottle. I definitely recommend this place to anybody in downtown Nashville, wanting a late-night meal to soak up all that Jack. :)

My motto? Go where the locals go. So when someone piped up that we wanted pizza one night after midnight– we turned to the local person in our group who turned us on to Caesar’s and their terrific pizza! We were staying at the Sheraton downtown and one call to Caesar’s got us two large pizzas delivered right to the bar, piping hot in about 30 minutes. Gourmet? Definitely not. This is greasy, cheesy, well topped slices of America’s favorite fill up food served quickly and also relatively cheaply. And what could be better than that?
