Bath & Body Works

The staff greeted me when I walked in & mentioned the sales & new summer fragrances. I looked around the organized sweet smelling store for several minutes before a sales associate asked, «May I help you find something in particular?» I responded, «Yes Twilight Woods.» The sales associate stated, «I am sorry but it has been discontinued.» I was so disappointed since that has been my fragrance of choice for years. I turned towards the door when the sales associate introduced herself as Andrea then asked my name and offered to assist me with selecting a new fragrance. I was hesitant at first but she persuaded me by saying that if it did not work out I can return it for a full refund, so I said to myself, «why not?» I sampled at least nine fragrances and found three to my liking. Unfortunately the sink was broken that day and I was unable to wash the numerous scents off of my hands & forearms but Andrea offered paper towels & sanitizer instead. In case you were wondering I have worn all three scents Warm Vanilla Sugar, Waikiki Beach Coconut, & Tahiti Island Dream & receive compliments. I add a ½ of teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil for added moisture and it keeps my skin soft and fresh throughout the day. Thankfully the scents do not agitate my allergies. Kudos to the staff; especially Andrea for excellent customer service. I am still a Bath & Body Works customer.

I am a sucker for lotions and potions that make you smell awesome. I have always loved bath and body works and particularly love this store in the West Nashville shopping center off Charlotte. The shops out here are really nice and clean with friendly helpful staff and plenty of parking (as well as other places to get your shopping on). This store, smaller than ones I have been to in the past, is one of my favorite places for beauty and bath products. The selection here is immense and the scents are truly fantastic, and getting better with every new rollout. I love the people that work here, they are so nice and always ready to tell you about specials, deals, and steals happening in store. This is my too choice of B&BW stores to shop at in Nashville!
