The food is okay, but I never got the correct order from the drive thru on multiple occassions. I just don’t understand why a business with a good product can’t get the service together. Oh wait, that’s just about every food place. This is really one of the worst. I’d stay away. It’s not good for you either.

Food was wonderful as well as the service! We ordered at a counter but still had great table service. I loved the wide varieties of Bar B Q sauces. Definitely a place to come back to, too bad we are from out of state.

Nothing special. And not very clean. The cashier kept wiping his nose with his hands WHILE HE WAS TAKING OUR ORDER. The BBQ we mediocre and the sides were gross. How can you mess up simple southern sides?!? I won’t be going back.

decent tennessee bbq with plenty of sauce choices at each table. pickle and pepper bar, self serve soda fountain. i had bbq pork with mac and slaw — solid choice!
what gives bar-​b-​cutie 4 stars is the lovely ladies who were so sweet and really took the time to answer my newb questions about sides. they also would check up on me from time to time making sure i had what i needed…

I was In Nashville on business. I absolutely had to get as much BBQ as possible while I was here. My hotel concierge said this was her favorite place in Nashville. Holy Moly! Now I see why! It’s solid. It’s flavorful. It’s beyond reasonably priced. The service is great! I went twice in one day! It’s not much to look at, but don’t be deceived. Go here!
Get the smoked pulled pork. Get the Mac and cheese. Try all the BBQ sauces. Yum!

If your in town come visit this place! Awesome service and great food. I ordered 2 meat combo. Pork and smoked sausage with 2 sides Mac n cheese and mash potatoes and a large drink is $ 0.99 and a 10% discount if u check in at Unilocal!!!Not bad for the price and food is very good!!! Their Mac n cheese is pretty good !!! If you can eat all this you had to be starving. Plenty of food for 2. Hope you stop by this place is greeeaaaat

I had BBQ in Huntsviile yesterday. This is much better. Relaxing sitting area. Tasty food. I had the pulled chicken, baked potato, and baked beans. All good. Friendly staff. I’ll come here every time I travel back to BNA.
I upped this to a 5 because the service has been awesome.

My food was cold, dried and smelled funny (very old baby back ribs). My husband didn’t like the bland pulled chicken. But the service was good though. We won’t come back. Sorry guys!

The owner came out right away to greet us, chat a little, and even gave us a few tips on Nashville events. It was so friendly and nice!
The food was incredible. They have a great selection of sauces and the meat was all cooked to perfection. We had the sampler, a loaded potato, turkey sandwich, and fried pickles. everything was good!

Today I went through the drive thru. I ordered a baked potato w chicken and a sweet tea, due to my doctor changing my diet to include NO caffeine, I asked the girl when I got to the window if I could change the tea to a sprite. She got real shitty (which is not normal) and said that my total would now be 9.05, so up a little over a dollar. It isn’t the dollar it’s her crappy attitude. I’m taking a break from there after this visit.
Let’s hope my food is right.

Great BBQ, fast and friendly service! I was very impressed with the staff, cashiers were well trained and knew the menu. Plenty of staff in the dining area, checking in and keeping everything nice and clean.
Had the sampler platter, great ribs, chicken and BBQ bread. Really liked the mash potatoes and brown gravy

Beautiful place. Ita walking distance from the hotels near the airport. So everyone (like myself) that has a canceled flight until the next day I so reccomend coming. It screams Nashville and I’m screaming I LOVE IT. Their Tennessee Fire sause is no joke. Extremely good! They even have license plates from other states (including New Jersey, where I’m from). Its worth the canceled flight.

Cornbread dressing warm and soft just like thanksgiving dinner.
Pulled chicken had a good taste on top of cornbread. Mix the Carolina and sweet sauces for a great dip for your fries.
Sweet tea is great. Brisket a little too tough however had a good smoked flavor. Good place to bring group of friends or family.

This is now the second time we have been here, having been here a couple days ago! It was so good, we decided to come back on our way back to South Carolina.
My mom is GF due to health reasons, and the manager was really good about letting us know what was gluten-​free, along with having a menu showing what was gluten-​free.
I had the pulled pork spud and greatly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through the greater Nashville area!

The three of us shared chicken nachos, pork, brisket, fries, beans, cornbread and slaw with various sauces. The pork lacked a smoky taste and seemed salty. The brisket was a little dry but otherwise ok. The chicken nachos, topped with queso cheese, were excellent.
The baked beans were delicious. Cornbread resembled pancakes and were fought over by our trio — outstanding! Fries were non-​descript frozen variety.
Service was friendly and prompt.

Das leckerste Bar-​B-​Que, welches wir in den USA in einem Bar-​B-​Que Imbiß gegessen haben! Man bestellt von der Tafel am Tresen was man will (wir hatten die Platter mit Pulled Pork, BBQ-​Ribs und BBQ Chicken), dazu kann man aus diversen Beilagen zwei wählen. Die Bestellung wird dann an den Tisch gebracht. Das Fleisch muß Stunden auf dem BBQ Grill gelegen haben, ganz zart und lecker, ließ sich ganz einfach von den Ribs ablösen, auch das Pulled Pork und Hähnchen superlecker. Die Beilagen auch sehr schmackhaft, Baked Beans schmecken hausgemacht. Der Laden ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es kommt keine Imbiß-​Atmosphäre auf und die Service-​Kräfte waren supernett und haben sich total gefreut, daß wir Touristen den Weg in den abgelegenen Laden nähe Flughafen gefunden haben.
