I read an article a few years ago about how clothing is made specifically for outlets/​factory stores. You can tell by the quality of the clothing & even some of the styles. It’s nice for people to think that they’re getting 50% off a 60 dollar pair of jeans through. This isn’t my issue with this store though. My issue is that the cashiers ask for your email address and sign you up on an emailing list without your permission. This seems like an unlawful act. SAY NO TO SPAM.

Christina & Samantha are the best. We browsed around and found some items but were unsure if they were on sale. Christina not only explained the sales but brought out items in my size from the store room. The cashier was also excellent helping us find more discounts at the register. We got some cool items for a great price thanks to them. That kind of customer service deserves mention.

This outlet is great when the item are on sale. Honestly, their prices aren’t that bad off the rack but still a little out of my budget. Having been to both the outlet and regular Banana Republic in the last week, there is definitely a significant decrease in pricing. I have gotten some great slacks for under $ 15 and dress shirts for in the same price points.
It’s Banana Republic stuff, you know pretty subdued prints, solid, and fairly straight forwards cuts and styles. I would say if you are shopping for sales it’s to hit them in the Spring and fall when they are trying to liquidate inventory. Al ot of what they sell is fairly timeless so you can definitely buy for next season.

I never liked Banana Republic when I went into their regular stores. I just couldn’t figure out how they could charge so much for the clothes, albeit very nice clothes. Then I went to the Opry Mills store and my perception changed when I finally could afford their clothes. Back in the spring when they were getting ready for their summer inventory, and selling a lot of the winter clothes at deep discounts I picked up some great pants that I wear quite a bit to work, and they are holding up really well. I like this store a lot.
