A real estate company that continuously cold calls me wanting to buy my house when it is NOT on the market is unprofessional to say the least. Especially when I requested they stop calling me after the first cold call. I’m also on the National Do Not Call list, have an unpublished number and have never done business with them.

Clicked on a link on Zillow about a property I was interested in. They told me it was sold but asked if I wanted to get email alerts. I told them no but they signed me up anyway and I started receiving a bunch of spam email from them.

Let’s just say that I was pondering buying a house a month ago, I met the sweetest lady (Briana Moran) who works for Armstrong, who was no pressure but met with me to figure out what it was that I’m looking for. Shortly after I met with the lender associated with the group, Pete Zaft, who got me pre-​approved for a home loan in about 5 minutes. He discussed all the possible loans with me and made me comfortable with it. I went with Briana to see 6 houses this weekend, my first day looking, and I have already made an offer on a house I fell in love with. She definitely listened to what I want and crafted the search to fit my needs and my budget. I am soooo pleased with this group, they work as a team and provide excellent service. If you’re in the market to buy (and now is a great time), this is an excellent option for top customer service and care.
