This is a review for Massage by Lora, located inside Angie and Co. Lora was the 2nd or 3rd local masseuse I had visited after moving to Mount Juliet, but I have been visiting her exclusively now for the last two years and am very happy with her work. My wife also sees her regularly. Lora does the standard relaxation style or Swedish, the more intense neuromuscular type of massage, as well as a great foot reflexology massage. My personal preference is for the neuromuscular and reflexology styles, and my visits generally include some of both. During a neuromuscular session Lora will actively work out any knots or sore spots she finds, and although this type of massage can be painful at times, the end results have been very beneficial to me, with relief from chronic soreness and mystery pains as well as a noticeable improvement in posture and flexibility. This is not for everyone it seems, but I enjoy it, and Lora can go as hard or as gently as you ask her to. Her rates are good and her work is excellent, so I prepay for 10 massages at a time and have 90 minute sessions as I find the extra time is very worthwhile. I can happily recommend her.
