Walking into this place we knew what we wanted. They had a cx3 that was the right trim and everything. The sales rep, John was nice, but once the manager came to finalize the deal he was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. He continued to pointlessly waste our time on «what would it take for you to leave with a car?» questions. We plan on buying a Mazda but not from them. DONOTBUYFROMTHEM

The car purchase process at Tulley was absolutely painless — something that can’t be said for many car dealerships. Tulley service center has also been a good experience, where the staff is prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Based on a sales rep’s claim that they had several models in stock and on the premises, we drove about 3 hours out of our way to go here. Turns out the rep(who couldn’t be identified once we got there) either didn’t know his inventory or was trying to get us on the lot. Take your pick, either their idiocy or slime-ball tactics cost us a couple extra hours in time(and babysitter expense). Get your act together, people.

NEVER use them for servicing! Untrustworthy and seemingly just want to take advantage and rip off customers for repairs not even done. On a side note… waiting area spells like piss– just to make things even more unpleasant while they screw you

I have tried to buy a car at this place 2 times over the last 5 years. The sales manager is disinterested in helping me despite my instance that I was going to buy a VW from someone within a week. Car dealerships have a well earned reputation for being sleazy and this place is no different. Mike L in sales was especially difficult and it took 3 days to get an offer on a trade in. When I finally did get an offer it was $ 1800 less then the two other closest VW dealerships.
