Every time I go in there, it’s always freezing, even in the middle of winter!

This location is HORRIBLY mismanaged. I was here on 6÷5÷16, I tried to use their poor excuse for a mobile order app which never has the right prices and to this day confuses the staff here. Obviously proper training wasn’t executed on how it works.
On this particular visit I arrived and saw the drive thru line was super long so I tapped in store for the check in method. I get to the door to discover why the line was so long, a sloppily written sign stating the dining room was closed due to «customer service» reasons.
I reluctantly got in line at the drive thru as the app forces you to pay for your order in advance and I had already checked in. After waiting at least 10 minutes to get to the speaker I told them I was there for the mobile order. I then had to explain that because their dining room was closed I had to wait in the drive thru line. The guy said they had already made my food and wondered where I was. This was a stupid question, I was in line waiting. He shocked me and said they would remake it.
Well that was nice you’d think. Well you’re wrong. The employees don’t care how long your food has been sitting out. As I inched my way up in line, I saw a bag by the window. The thought crossed my mind that it was mine but I thought surely not. As I got to the window the guy opened the slider and handed me that bag. Ya know the one that had been sitting by the window for at least 20 minutes by now. Had I not asked them to remake it they would have let me leave with it.

It takes FOREVER to get food here. 11pm and we’ve been sitting in like for 20+ minutes.

I love Taco Bell very much, i just had to inform everyone of this specific location and its horrible service, rude/​careless employees and the horrible way they prepare their food for customers. I have been going to this location since it opened and never really had any complaints, but in the past few months every time i visited there has been a nightmare. I hope taco bell and their management staff sees this and takes the appropriate actions to get this location back on track.

Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. I have eaten at many different Taco Bells in my life. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Please do not eat here. The cheese in the bean burrito was barely cooked and overall the burrito and Mexican Pizza tasted terrible. I went twice just to make sure I didn’t just get unlucky the first time and both times it was the same awful quality. Eating at this Taco Bell made me question my allegiance to Taco Bell in general. Underneath it all, are all Taco Bells this bad? I urge corporate to shut down this location to preserve their good name.

The worst take out place. We went to the drive through few days ago late at night and ordered a chicken burrito and a whole wheat veggie taco. Surprisingly, the staff person doesn’t even know what a whole wheat tortilla is (!!!). We ended up getting a regular tortilla one. The chicken burrito tasted like it was in the verge of spoiling when my husband started tasting it and stopped eating. Will never go to any other taco bell, ever!

Every now and then we want a quick take out meal that isn’t from a burger place. We sometimes go to Taco Bell and order the taco pack. This gives you a dozen tacos for just over 10 dollars. You can mix and match hard and soft shell. They also have a taco pack that comes with a nacho durito shell. It’s pretty good. Quality is consistent and there are other places in the same plaza for the fussy kids in the family that don’t like tacos.
