Great staff and very understanding of the HUGE gaps between when I get the mane trimmed.
The shop is clean and free of stray hairs (NOT always the case with haircut places). The atmospheres is relaxed with a «family» emphasis that isn’t too «kid friendly»

I will never go back! I went for a eyebrow/​lip wax and haircut —
Lip wax — fine. It’s hard to mess up.
Eyebrow wax — bad. My eyebrows were left patchy and uneven. Also, I distinctly said I wanted thin brows, and that’s not what I got. And, the stylist left wax all over my face.
Haircut — terrible. First, the cut was much shorter than I wanted. Then, the manager came over to «help».” Her suggestion to cut more from the back was taken. The stylist re-​wet & cut the back, but then didn’t style it. So the end product was a mess.
Despite my obvious unhappiness I was still charged full price.

Horrible service! Called at 4:30pm on and was told 20 minutes. Stated would be there in 15 minutes. Was greeted when entered and then NOTHING for 25 minutes… at 5pm there was only 1 person cutting hair, but the receptionist had time to chat with the other workers in the back hallway, fix some other workers sweater while not a single word of communication for those waiting.
Even a brief …“Sorry for the wait, here is an update on when you will be seen” mentioned to a single person in the waiting area would have been appropriate… and not that difficult. Receptionist was an embarrassment to the hair stylists that work there… and at least the one that was cutting hair did take the time to apologize to her client for the delay, but during 25 + minutes that was the only communication to those waiting. Lots of time for them to stand in the back hallway chatting though.
Have had good luck in the past, but today we just took our business elsewhere and will warn all of our friends before they waste their time with employees who don’t care.
PS if there is a manager reading this, the receptionist (who could not have been more apathetic if she tried) had straight light brown hair… please provide coaching so she can be a more productive and customer friendly employee!

Had a great experience — my cut was so inexpensive and so fantastic, I had no problem giving an 80% tip!

This review is based on my one and only visit. I called first thing on Sunday morning to make an appointment. They don’t take appointment times but will put your name on a «first come, first serve» list. When I arrived I was automatically next in line, and only waited about 2 – 3 minutes. My stylist, Crystal, was very friendly and helped me to decide how to style my hair for the wedding I was going to. All I knew was that I wanted an up-​do that wasn’t formal, with some body, resistant to the humidity. She quickly knew what to do and got started right away. I wasn’t there too long because I didn’t need a wash/​blow-​dry. I let her do her thing and I absolutely loved the results! It came out better than what I had in mind, and cost so much less than what I anticipated. I received a lot of compliments, so, I would definitely request her again!

I always debate where to get my hair cut every 6 months or so (this is one thing in my life that I have absolutely no desire to do until it HAS to be done), not for any particular reason, but I feel I could spend $ 15-​$ 20 on something else that is actually useful. I’ve been here before because at one time I did know someone that actually worked here and cut hair well, but that was years ago.
So I stopped in today right when they opened at 10:00 and managed to beat everybody into the place and got to sit down right away… this is a far cry from what I remember during normal business hours, perhaps the cold has kept people indoors today, as it was only 10 degrees out when I decided to do some food shopping and get my semi-​annual haircut.
The service was good, the stylist, put up with my indecision as to what I wanted to do with my hair as I never remember what I did the last time. I’m happy with the outcome. I really don’t know what it would take for me to give 5 stars on a place that gives me a haircut, maybe free apps and a beer? Service was good, cut was good, I’m just not all that psyched about spending money I could otherwise spend on good food or even gas for my car.

Tara does GREAT hair. I have thick, wavy, and color treated hair. she gave me what I wanted. a thinned out modern shag… she is nice, youthful, complimented me. and they are not expensive!
