Best Chicken Teriyaki.(in this particular mall that is) No one really gets anything else. Double meat isn’t really double. Extra sauce is free and awesome.(and unhealthy)

Average Japanese cuisine. I think the employees were Chinese, but, the food was okay and convenient. Not too pricey and not overly bland. The prices were fairly good as well.

Referring to what Ellen said, Chinese food being served by Chinese people, being cooked by people of Hispanic/Latin descent and trying to pass it off as Japanese? Wait what?! Its crazy, this place really doesn’t make sense, the sign says Japanese food yet it CLEARLY serves Chinese food. Honestly I don’t have a problem with whoever is cooking the food but I just wish they would’ve opened up more instead of being so robotic. CONNECT with your customers, with 3 other Chinese shops nearby, put your HEART into what you’re selling. Don’t be a robot when taking our order, associate, make slight conversations, crack some jokes! Don’t be so serious/stiff, it makes us nervous to go back. Also I can’t STAND the constant clanging of the utensils and dishes! I’m fully aware that you’re trying to attract customers but please stop! I’m aware that other Japanese restaurants bang and clang their utensils while cooking the food for show, and by all means it pretty cool with that they can do, chopping at high speeds, flipping utensils behind their backs and catching it, its quite impressive. But ALL you’re doing here at Sarku is just banging pots and pans together! No tricks what so ever, nothing impressive about that, a 2 year old child can do the exact same thing! Please stop, it gets really annoying when sitting close to Sarku and trying to eat with all that ruckus. Beside that the food is ok, Chicken Teriyaki with veggies and rice is not bad but I’ve had better over at the other end of the mall. Chicken was good but he fried rice was very greasy and also bland, the crab rangoons were more shell than actual filling, eggrolls were ok. Overall with all the other choices at the mall food court, I’ve had better

Chinese food served by Chinese, but pretending to be Japanese. It’s ok food, though, and cheap.

Nash Vegas at its best. This quaint little food court staple has been here since I was 2. Teriyaki Chicken, extra chicken on white rice! And boom goes the dynamite.
