I’ll give them a 1 for their sucky service but I would rather eat inside a Pizza Hut then order out from one …

Pizza is good people are friendly

Pretty good, but no 5 stars.
This place is a standard pizza, but has upgraded for the last 10 years in the Bistro Style one and has two separated seating areas. Pizza is very good, one of the best that I like, and that’s a plus. They also have an serve-​yourself salad bar which a lot of places don’t have anymore.
But, I do have to say the Pizza does take a good amount of time to cook, longer than some other places, and the waitstaff could be a little more attentive as I’ve gone for long periods waiting to pay my check/​for a drink refill. They also do not deliver like some other Pizza Hut’s, although I live nowhere near this one.

Got a Pan Veggie Pizza made «marinar sauce» (try the Marinara Saice instead of their reg sauce and you’ll never go back!)
The Nashua location blew me away with Their Superior Friendly Service.
Charlie and Steve went over and above what you’d expect from a fast food establishment.
I was impressed!
Try them out and remember change your Pizza Sauce to the sweeter Marinara… You’ll Love It!

I came here with my fiancé on a weeknight and the first thing that hit us hard was the stench mostly from a very old stale carpet but since we were really hungry and already talking to the hostess we decided to dine in. The place was almost deserted with just one more table occupied besides ours.
The waitress was quick to attend to us and we ordered garlic bread and chicken supreme pizza. Garlic bread was soft and seemed fresh and the pizza too was good but the stench kept getting to us even though we were literally sniffing our food, so had to box up the remaining food.
The food was good and so was the service. I would have definitely given this place a 4 start had it smelled normal. From now on I would only order take outs from here and not dine in.

My husband and I live outside boston but went to buy buy baby to get some expensive baby gear for our daughter due in October tax free. My pregnant self saw Pizza Hut and having not been to one in about 10 years felt the need to go.

Anyway the kids in the front aren’t too sharp, this service wasn’t great but I wanted those wings and cheesey bites pizza! Also why don’t they have a large menu hanging up? The kid at the register ended up swiping my card twice because the «computer crashed». Naturally come this week I have been charged twice.
Anyway I called and spoke with Sonya who was very helpful. I decided however the easiest way to get refunded was thru my bank. My bank is settling it now, but I got a phone call today from Sonya to check in to make sure it was being taken care of because she kept my name and number and went thru Fridays receipts and saw he double charge.
I could do without the teenagers running the front but I guess they need summer jobs, but props for yummy food and a responsible manager!

Was here the other night and it was my first time at a pizza hut and I will not be giving this business any of my money again. The server got the order wrong two times. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. Simple enough right? He came out with all cheese so we sent it back. The next pizza came out half pepperoni half cheese, so again we sent it back. We only ate three slices by the time we got the right one cuz of aggravation and our appetite wasn’t there anymore
how long we waited. If he only made one mistake I wouldn’t mind but he made two. He did send out cinnamon sticks on the house but we don’t even like those so they ended up being thrown away. Then the server asked a group of four teens if they had” allergies” and with the subtext around it he clearly meant the munchies. Horrible experience and the food wasn’t worth a penny.

Updated review for the buffet:
The buffet is very limited. there are about 4 pizzas out at any given time, some pasta, breadsticks, and some cinnamon rolls. There seems to be a fresh pizza out every 15 minutes depending on the time you come in. Deep dish was delicious, but traditional crust was hard as rock.
The salad section of the buffet was pretty dismal as well. You have more choices of dressings than you do in the salad toppings. It’s pretty much cabbage.
However, even though it has a really small selection — it was only $ 5 for a buffet. Can’t beat that around here.

I’m biased. I heart Teh HuT. At this location, they demolished the signature red roof and built in its place a Pizza Hut «Italian Bistro»…I KNOW… totally laughable! Regardless… since i enjoy their unhealthy chemcial laden processed food, I’m a repeat customer. This location is actually fairly clean and I’ve never had a problem with the service. I miss the red roof though…
