i moved into a rental property 2 years ago and unfortunately had to use this company. the house we moved into was already in bad condition, the previous lease holders switched the lease over to myself and two roommates and the office manager or «guy» from this company came and saw all the damage and basically didn’t think it was a big deal and showed no urgency to fix anything, he handed us the lease and said «its an old house, it is what it is». we unfortunately signed this lease (i needed a place to live, and rent was cheap between 3 people) and over the course of the following 2 years… attempted more than 25 phone calls to have numerous issues regarding repair, mice infestation, mold, leaking roof, a porch with holes in it (which 3 people fell into), doors which would not lock or door knobs not staying on the door, every time it rained outside we had buckets on the floor catching water in the living room. i myself personally called them 23 times over 2 years to request repairs or to get information, rich is the office manager and basically brushed us off every time and never made our concerns feel important or urgent. after 2 years of feeling embarrassed when my family of friends would come to visit me i had had enough and we all moved out. we gave proper notice, asked numerous people in the office in regards to charges and fees in relation to our security deposit and received zero information. i recently received a letter outlining charges for damages in excess of our security deposit. these damages are of course from past tenants, and rich… rather than fix the issues when they were brought to his attention decided to charge myself and my roommates for them. i am at a loss for words over how myself and roommates were treated with this company, and i strongly suggest you consider living out of your own car before using this company for anything. i will be contacting a lawyer and the state in regards to this company and overcharging for damages and repairs when they knew full well their residence was not habitable in the first place and just ignored our concerns knowing they could just charge us after the fact, if you use this company currently start taking pictures and documenting everything because this company is shady, thankfully we took numerous pictures of the house before we moved in and have documented witnesses who time stamped and signed the pictures, please avoid them just for your sake, i wish someone had written a review like mine and i would of thought twice when agreeing to go through them.

Just say no. Staff is rude, unprofessional, and they have no idea how to manage properties. Lawn goes for weeks without being mowed. Critical maintenance requests are ignored. Staff will flat out tell you they don’t want to do their job. They are a company of pass the buck employees. No one takes responsibility for their job. They also move a lot and go through employees like water. Not a good sign.
