Got a ring for Christmas and needed to be resized. Went in and got it resized to a 5 ½ on 12÷28÷15. BUT it got«accidentally» sized to a 5. So they had to ship it back and put it down as «rushed». It is now 1÷25÷15. WHEREISMYRING? After I get my ring(whenever that may be) I won’t be purchasing anything from here anymore and I WILL definitely let my family/friends know how my experience went.

The worst thing happened after I got my wedding and engagement ring from Belden jewelers. They were stolen! I was devastated! I went to Belden jewelers and they were unsympathetic. They must of lied when they said that the insurance would cover lost or stolen items. The insurance didn’t cover anything nor did the warranty. I have tried getting hold of customer service and talking to them twice and yet there’s no resolution. I’m not paying for rings that I don’t have and I will never buy any jewelry from Belden jewelers ever again. I suggest to all my friends and anyone that will listen not to go to Belden jewelers. They’re not real jewelers and they lie! I’m so unhappy with Belden jewelers, I wish I would have never gone to them.

If you have any interest in quality, you will avoid this chain like the plague. The staff are«graduates» of other mall stores at best and have the barest understanding of customer service. The jewelry is drastically overpriced Sterling Silver that has been assembled in the cheapest way possible. I. This instance cheap has NO bearing upon the price. Do not be taken in by their«Diamtologist» certification. It is in no way accepted accreditation by the industry. When comparing diamonds at another store, I was laughed at when I mentioned it. It’s yet another chain in a series of chains that exist to give the illusion of competition. My recommendation is to play them off the Kay’s across the hall. It’s the same company. But my overall recommendation would to go ANYWHERE else for a gift. Like a local option.

I recently took my great-grandmother’s earrings in to Belden’s to be repaired. These earrings have unmeasurable sentimental value to me so I was cautious in the first place to let them be sent away to be repaired. When I got to the store, I told the sales associate what I wanted done and explained the attachment I had to them(hoping that she would be careful with them). Needless to say, she was not. As she walked around the store trying to find the paperwork I needed to fill out, she was playing with them in her hands(they are small pink sapphire studs that can easily be lost). At one time she left them on the display counter unattended and forgot where she put them. I was very unhappy with how little care she seemed to have when dealing with my jewelry. I would hope that whether a piece has sentimental value or not that she would have been more careful.
