«Helped» by Tyler. He seemed VERY disinterested in helping us. Kept looking around acting bored. Was actually snapping his gum while we were talking to him. Made us feel like we were wasting his time.

My wife and I went to this store to buy a iPhone with the AT&T credit card and they denied selling it to us. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and all of those who were denied should all do the same. They advertised the card saying if you use your Citi AT&T card you can get a credit after you meet all their requirements. It is the most ridiculous thing that they don’t accept their own credit card.

Joe helped me, he has terrible customer service skills and should be on a performance plan. He is brash and rude. I am saddened to say I just signed a 2 year contract for my IPhone 5S with AT&T and there service is less than baseline. What a disappointment.

I had a fantastic experience here getting my new smart phone. A guy named Joseph helped me get a new phone, the HTC Vivid. He had an answer for every single geeky inquisition I had. I was attended to within seconds of entering the building. I was extremely satisfied with the phone I got and the customer service I received. For such a high quality phone, I was also impressed with the price of only 99 dollars(although I’m pretty sure that price comes from HTC and not AT&T). Couldn’t have asked more from this phone buying experience. The customer service guy gave so much insight on the phone and extra info on things like the best apps, saving battery life, and the better cases — all stuff he really didn’t have to do.

Maybe we just got one bad egg, because I’m so unthrilled with this particular branch, especially since I’ve had such better experience in ATT stores almost anywhere else I went. We went there because where we recently moved to doesn’t get ATT service(even though we live not even a mile away from the store — and by no service, I mean no service. Not«no 3G» — it’s «Not even one bar unless I leave the apartment complex and get onto the main road), so we asked about a router of sorts. The cost was astronomical, so we asked if there was any way we could find some type of discount, since we were only buying it so we could continue having ATT be our provider. The guy was brash and said there was obviously no way(didn’t even ask or find out — just a flat-out«no») and when we expressed annoyance over the fact that we have to pay through the nose just to get regular service in a heavily populated area, he first said, «Well — what do you want ME to do?» and then threatened to help us cancel our ATT account and switch over to Verizon. Which is sad, since I’ve had wonderful experiences with ATT stores all over the place for the past three or so years. Hopefully I’ll get someone else the next time I need to step in there — or maybe I’ll just save it for when I’m in a different area of town.

Never have I experienced a worse customer service from a store. I have had a very good experience with AT&T in general throughout my contract with them, however this store in particular has left an indelible smear on my image of this company. Not only do they have the worst customer service in store, with only two store clerks who obviously have no clue as to how to efficiently handle a store with more than one person in it, but it is almost impossible to reach this store by phone in order to track the status of an order because nobody answers the phone. I have called at least 10 times over the past hour to try and get a status update as to the whereabouts of the phone I have ordered and still, there has not been a single clerk with the decency to answer a single phone call. There is another AT&T store right across the street in the mall… I would suggest going to that any day over this poor excuse for a store.
