I had rotator cuff repair surgery in September 2015 and started PT2 weeks later. This is the place my surgeon recommended first. Not even 4 months later, I’m well enough to end PT(about a month ahead of schedule). The therapists are extremely skilled and work to the doctor’s protocol. PT isn’t like going to a salon; you have to communicate well with the therapist in order for her/him to gauge your status and readiness and you have to do exercises at home for it to be successful. Maybe that’s the reason for the negative review?

Well it seems that there are some sour grapes out there. I have had several injuries that required me to have physical therapy. Hips, Ankle, Rotator Cuff. The staff is great. They are pleasant and follow the doctors orders. They also properly bill your insurance company and check with them prior to performing procedures to ensure you’re covered.

Recovering from my first serious injury, a shattered wrist, I selected Apple Therapy because they have two Certified Hand therapists on staff, each offered a fresh approach to my healing. I also liked how they integrated Pilates into my recovery process to help regain strength in a safe, controlled way with the use of the reformer and trapeze table. The atmosphere is very friendly and although you have to plan ahead with appointments they are accommodating. There is also a large free parking lot so parking is never an issue or added expense.

unpleasant experience with this place. make you feel very uncomfortable and when i asked them if i was only going to pay $ 60 and insurance is covering the rest, they yes’d me to death, so I signed their paperwork now I have a bill for almost $ 200… they didnt even perform the proper treatment my doctor wanted them too. would not recommend this place to anyone.
