So I have 2 used bikes, nothing special. My sons bike needed a link replaced on his chain and the other bikes chain kept coming off. When I brought bikes in and told the issues, the very young guy didn’t even write anything down. I was told it would be around 50 $. So 2 days later I pick up bikes, they charged me 50 $ PER BIKE and got home and the bike that needed a new link wasn’t even fixed. So back to the store, they didn’t give me any credit or even an explanation as to why it wasn’t fixed. I asked if they could possibly deliver it and they said it would be a week. (I live 1.1 miles away) So I will not go back and don’t recommend.
