I had the advanced iPhone class today. It was great. I’m glad I’m a Verizon customer.

Been dealing with MIKE since December when he sold me my iPhone 6 Plus. The following day, he sold my parents two more! I had the misfortune of shattering the screen of the phone! I had a problem with the sound on the phone previously, but now getting this phone replaced was out of the question, I assumed. When I called Verizon(a different location than this one), they told me that it would be $ 750 to fix the screen. They suggested I take it to uBreak iFix and have the screen fixed for $ 150. Upon speaking to uBreak iFix, I was informed the cost was ACTUALLY $ 250! Ugh! As a last minute resort, I stopped by this Verizon and luckily Mike was working and happened to be the next available employee(the store was packed! They’re so efficient, though, with getting to each customer. Very impressed! I hardly waited 2 minutes). After explaining my situation, he looked up my account and informed me that, with my insurance, I can just replace the entire phone and not just the screen, all for $ 200. Deal! He instructed me to call the 800 number for damaged phones etc. I actually went online to do it and I found that it was so quick and painless. Less than 5 minutes online, a charge of $ 199, and free overnight shipping! Awesome. Brought the new phone into the store in the shipping package because God knows I would’ve broken it otherwise! I’m cursed. He also picked out and placed a thick screen protector on for me along with a new case. He then went ahead and did everything to set up the new phone and told me what to do with the old one. My family and I are so happy with our experiences with this specific Verizon and especially Mike! Give this guy a raise and a vacation! He’s working 24⁄7 it seems! Lol. Definitely going to stick with Verizon for life! Thank you! And kudos to the entire staff at this store. I go out of my way just to come to this location.

I went into this store really frustrated, after spending countless hours on the phone with customer service and then nothing being fixed. Donnie was wonderful, took care of everything, even though it took a lot of time and effort to fix everything back to the way it should be, he took care of it. Todd helped him as well. I would def recommend this Verizon store, and definitely say to ask for Donnie or Todd!
