This is a true hidden gem. And hidden it is. If you miss the small sign telling you to go to left and back of the buildings you would be very confused. A bit of a challenge also in seating. We had to set up our own table and this place is tiny so 6 of us was a huge crowd for them. The one server was overwhelmed as was the kitchen so it was a very slow meal that never could get into a rhythm. The one thing that I ate that stood out the most was the chips and salsa both made fresh and the quality showed.

Salsa Brava was an excellent and traditional Mexican meal. The chips were truly authentic. As for the entrée, it was just as amazing. The steak burrito was the pick of the night, with tender and delicious steak, and would be my recommendation. I highly suggest trying Salsa Brava the next time you want Mexican food.

Great little Mexican Resturant. We all had different meals. I had Torta with steak(it’s s Mexican sandwich). It comes with rice & beans. My husband had the tacos. They were very good. My father in law had enchiladas & it was delicious. I also tried the ceviche & it was the Best!!!

The food was ok. I ordered the tacos(carne asada), they were a little dry. The chips are certainly homemade as well as the salsa. The guacamole was not very good. The place is very small as other reviews stated which makes it difficult at a busy lunch time. 1 waitress for 6 – 8 tables in a small place makes it very difficult on the restaurant to provide great service. Very reasonably priced and super courteous, but not a 4⁄5 star place

This place is a little hole in the wall hiding in the side of a shopping center. The burrito was not the best I’ve had or the worst. It’s pretty plain only containing your meat choice and beans. Lettuce and tomatoes come on the side along with mexi rice and more beans. «It’s going to be a f****** party later.» The guacamole was awesome, and the fried ice cream was great as well. Service could improve a little by adding another server. One isn’t enough. For the price it is a good choice.

This was my first time here and just like everyone says, this is a hidden treasure. Best Mexican food in Naples. It’s really small inside and only seats about 15 people, outside seats another 10 probably, but it’s quaint, service and food is fast. I had steak and shrimp fajitas and it was really good. This is a perfect little spot for lunch. I’ll be back.

Really small place but worth checking out for sure. It’s tucked away in the corner of a shopping center so it’s easy to miss. Everything is cooked to order but worth the wait. Carne asada was amazing, so was the rice. Fair prices too.

Sunday morning went for breakfast, they have menudo but without hominy, they didn’t have Pazole this morning! Of I wanted to try their Gordias con chicharron, just had 2 without any sides, just ok about 3 stars compared to 5 for Victoria’s de Aguascalientes! Still happy to have one of my all-time favorite foods! Gracias a Dios! Waitress had one of those non expressive faces, I was asking questions being a new customer, and out of the blue, she says, you don’t have to scream! Excuse me, I almost walked, but the Gordias kept me there! Gracias a Dios!

Very good. Fresh food that taste good. The seating is a little tight but worth it for the food.

Definitely would recommend. The place is small but has seating inside and al fresco. Had the lunch tacos, and they were excellent. Easy to miss as the restaurant is tucked away right in the corner off the Plaza. But definitely seek it out. I had the chipotle chicken taco and stewed pork taco with rice and refried beans. It was excellent. The service what’s authentic Mexican. A bit slow but worth the wait.

Absolutely great… it was so refreshing to find something so good and independent in Naples. Really cute, comfortable, friendly and delicious.

Service was pleasant and helpful. It is hidden off to end of the strip center but well worth the hunt! The food was real Mexican and the owner wanted to know if we enjoyed it. We said it was good and tasty the real thing.

Great authentic Mexican food… tucked in the corner and not easy to see from 41 but worth finding. Staff and owner are really friendly!

Simply put, this place was not good. My wife and I are visiting Naples on vacation, were at a local beach and decided to come here for lunch based off of the raving reviews on Unilocal. The reviews are wrong, all of them. Except for the bad ones. The salsa that they bring for the chips. The chips were great. The salsa, it is supposed to be salsa verde but it was so watered down that there was no taste remaining. Salsa verde is bad, we ordered the guacamole, how can we go wrong with guac from an authentic Mexican place? We went wrong! Very, very wrong. The guac came out in a tiny cup, with THREE chips. The guac had a brown tint to it, indicating that they are a day or two past their prime. Also, it had zero seasoning, bland and tasteless besides the overwhelming amount of onion. I ordered a grilled chicken dish with rice and beans, my wife ordered a «burrito». My chicken you can’t mess up, it’s grilled. The only thing wrong with that, again was zero seasoning. Our main complaint on the entrée was the«burrito». My wife ordered it with carne asada and it is served enchilada style with the chef’s special red sauce and cheese on top. Sounded great. My wife cut me off a piece, I was expecting a burst of flavor with the red sauce, cheese and carne asada, but what I go? NOTHING. I tasted nothing. Zero taste. Zero seasoning. The rice, you could tell was pulled out of a box and the refried beans? Lol. Try refried, rewashed, extra watered down barely any beans, refried beans. If you want no taste, watered down meals and disappointment, stop by this place. At the end of our meal, my wife and I looked at each other and agreed that this was the worst authentic Mexican restaurant that we have ever had a meal. Bad.

This quaint little spot was by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. I literally just left and felt it was my duty to immediately share this amazing news! First of all, the service was great. The waitress was personable and knew everything about the menu, which I appreciate more than how good the food is BUTTHEFOODWASAMAZING! I had some bomb enchiladas and tried all their homemade juices. They were all so good I couldn’t decide which to go with. My only complaint is I live in Virginia and it’s a long drive but I would make it, not kidding!

I went here for the first time the other night and everything was fantastic. The mango jalapeño margarita was delicious and came with real slices of jalapeño. I got the chimichanga and my friends got the quesadilla. Great spot!

Good authentic Mexican! At 1230pm they were out of a few things, but a big party just left also?! No complaints on our food choices that they did have. Food came quick, but the waitress service after getting our food was extremely slow! Would try again, possibly.

Definitely a hidden gem, but very well worth it. Not your typical Tex-Mex chain restaurant. Very fresh, authentic. The friendly owner, Jose and his waitstaff were very helpful and willing to cook our meals according to our preferences. My chicken was very well prepared with the right balance of flavors. Chips and salsa were prepared on premises and the beer was nice and cold. The place is small, but nicely decorated with authentic Mexican crafts inside. Recommend.

I had heard so much positive feedback about Salsa Brava, I had to see for myself. As my partner and I both enjoy Mexican, and he had been to Salsa Brava before, too. We went on a Saturday night, early at about 6:30. We chose to sit outside, because it was s beautiful. This must have been the wrong thing to do because other than when we had our order taken and our food delivered, we did not see our server again. Between the initial chips & salsa that we were given, our guacamole(which was quite a sad portion), and the entrée, we did not get any refills on our water or beverages. At all. Another really nice server DID asked if we needed anything else, like a refill, but we were already getting our check by then. The young boy who was our server showed no enthusiasm to be there or want to be our server. When we ordered our entrée, which was the enchiladas(split up with two different sauces) he asked me how I wanted them and with what meat. I told him the meat I wanted, and he gave him a look and the hand motion that said«aren’t you forgetting something?» He ended up telling me I needed to choose what sauce ON each enchilada, too. I assumed it was just explained in the entrée description. I ended up feeling belittled, because I think he could have asked nicer or explained better. A little tact goes a long way. Overall, the presentation of the good was really pretty, which was nice. The food was quite delicious, too. I’d come back for sure, but I would hope to have a different server.

Salsa Brava Mexican Grill fell a bit short of our expectations. We were able to reserve a table ahead of time. With four of us, we ordered different items. I was surprised how long it took for our order to arrive(more than 30 minutes). Frozen Margarita was a good size but lacking in tequila. Super nachos were a treat and a side order of guacamole was delicious. The beef fajitas were missing the salad and the meat was on the dry side. The shredded beef burrito was tasty and filling. The camarones chipotle had nice flavor with plenty of sauce. Enjoyed the house tortilla chips though a red salsa would be nice to have. The atmosphere was pleasant while service was accommodating but a bit uneven. e.g. They brought another party’s order to our table. We will return and try some other items.
