Beware of this small under capitalized family owned builder/​renovator. A «brother team» where big brother is very honest, capable and sincere, and little brother is disrespectful, rude, hotheaded, and volatile. There «folksy» contract will prove to be inadequate, as situations will arise that aren’t included but should be. The promise of continually searching for better pricing during the contract isn’t kept, and the change order up charges are fast and furious, while the associated credits don’t get applied. You could be asked for deposits for materials on a «progress payment» contract. If you like verbal abuse from a fresh angry man, then this company is for you…
