Today I stopped in at the Lumber Liquidators showroom to look at flooring samples, and my mother and I were immediately greeted with smiles. The employees let us know that they would be happy to assist us, but they didn’t follow us around or make us feel pressured.
They have a clean showroom with a variety of styles/​types at prices that won’t make your wallet cry.
When we decided upon a few different types of flooring, the manager (Steven) helped us choose a style that would be the most beneficial for exactly what we wanted to do.
The staff truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I was impressed by their kindness and willingness to help us in any way that they could.
I recommend going to this location, and I will definitely do business with them again!
