Really no comparison to any other sub shop out there and deserving of 5 stars. One thing only one thing drives me nuts about this place. They don’t bag your junk. I’m standing there everytime with a couple bags of chips, maybe a couple drinks. They then put the subs on this little ledge and say thank you/. Yet there is a nagging station on their side with plenty of room to bag my junk. I’m a nice guy so I tech over the ledge and bag my own junk. I hit them up about once a week and have been for a year and less than 1 percent of staff bags it automatically and less than 4 percent offer to bag it. It’s an $ 8 sub for goodness sake offer to bag people’s junk! That’s all I have to say about that.

If you’ve never been to jimmy johns, here’s the scoop: they have cold deli sandwiches and that’s it. But the sandwiches are good, the bread is amazing, and the service is really fast. As for this particular jimmy johns, the hours are not great as jimmy johns is traditionally known as a late night sub shop, but this one closes before midnight, but it’s naples so I really can’t hold that against them too much. Other than that, this location is never busy. Always seem like they are about to close for the night, but the staff is fast and friendly.

Italian was good. «Freaky slow» is more the pace for delivery. Took 40 minutes from the time I ordered to get my sandwich and I’m right across the street. Also forgot my chips

This is only my second time here and I now know why. JJ is not for me. I guess I’m a sandwich snob. The sandwich itself was pretty plain and lacked any«yum» factor. I’d much rather be devouring an Ultimate sub from Publix or one of Jimmy P’s roast beef sandwiches. I really enjoy a good sandwich so the Jimmy John’s and Subways will have to live without me.

Great subs, delicious in fact. I’d much rather have a Jimmy John’s sub over Subway any day. They use fresh ingredients, bread is so good and they are so quick. Prices are great too. My only complaint is they have an extremely limited delivery area and they don’t serve soup. I can overlook those two last things.

Sandwiches are pretty good. I was a little upset though when I was told that they do not deliver to my neighborhood, considering we are probably less than 5 miles away.

I am not a fan of this place. Which, is too bad because it is very close to where I live so I’d have been a regular. The staff looks bored and they just go through the motions making zero eye contact. You rush to order(I ordered the vegetarian sandwich) and someone starts making it before you’re even done ordering… no one asked what kind of bread you want or if I’d be cool with the heaps of mayonnaise they put on the gross white roll they used(I wasn’t cool with it) I gave them 2 stars because although I will never be back… they were very quick. Next time however, I’d go to one of the many other options in the same plaza.

This Jimmy John’s is far better than the one close to the Hollywood 20 movie theatre — I found out that they are different owners and you can definitely tell the difference. This location has sprouts, and that’s my favorite part of a JJ sandwich. Great fast delivery, under 7 minutes from the order to them getting to my door. The parking lot can get crowded here, especially during lunch time of course so be careful.

Stopped in here for a quick sandwich today and they had the doors locked. It’s 5:00 pm. The workers are sitting inside with the lights on and yet they came to unlock the door and say sorry we are closed the power is out. Wow. Why are all the businesses around you still operating? And why is your lights on in ur window, and yet turned off in the store? They said it’s flickering. Whatever. We’re going to Subway.

I love Jimmy John’s. Like LOVE them. And we don’t have them where I’m from so on my recent vacation to Naples I ate at this Jimmy John’s like every freaking day for lunch. And it was awesome like it always is. But I don’t understand why they wouldn’t deliver to Vanderbilt beach for me. Like seriously. That would have made my day and I would have tipped the driver like a million dollars. Can you consider delivering to Vanderbilt beach for my next trip to Naples? Thank you.

Quick, consistently good, and love the delivery option. Wish they had some hot sub options other than an hour on my dashboard.

Great for what it is, a sandwich place. Their sub rolls are amazing, but I like their grain bread even more. Prices are wonderful and they offer delivery to the surrounding area. Ingredients are always fresh and delicious.

Can’t go wrong with Jimmy John’s. Over the years, JJ’s has been my go to lunch option when I need something fast, tasty and delivered. They keep it simple, they don’t give you soups, no salads, not much customization, but what they offer are great subs. You can’t go wrong with their jalapeño chips either. Plus they will deliver a $ 7.00 sandwich and chips to you within 10 minutes awesome…

Jimmy John’s rocks. I go there fairly often. Got tired of waiting in line at Publix for subs, often for sandwiches with stale rolls because some of their locations don’t seem to make it fresh on a regular basis throughout the day(and going to Publix at night for subs sucks… they start to close early and a lot of times they’re out of white-bread rolls). Food at JJ’s is consistent, service is fast. If you’re just ordering one or two things, you can be in and out the door in about 90 seconds flat. Though, I do have to agree with one of the other reviewers: no pickles on the sandwiches = fail. I want pickles on my sammich.

I love all Jimmy Johns! Order extra lettuce and tomato on the veggie sandwich if they don’t have sprouts, it helps fill out the sandwich.

Good for a quick sub. Better quality ingredients than your local subway. No wraps and no whole wheat rolls. Service was fast and friendly.

From an out of towner’s perspective… First time eating at JJ’s and it was average. Service was good and our sandwiches were made quickly. Better than subway and a good spot for lunch, but nothing to write home about.

I took my daughter to lunch at the North Naples location yesterday. It was her first time there but I have been there several times. She ordered a club type sub and I got a roast beef sub. Cheese is extra so watch out for that litle upcharge. We sat in the restaurant to eat our sub and as usual one of the subs was made wrong.(this happens a lot). Luckily my kiddo can just pick off the tomatoes so no biggie. We were the only customers in there(around 1:15pm). They had the music absolutely blaring and it wasn’t even a top 40 but some really hard alternative music that would certainly bother an older crowd. I am not elderly by any means and it bothered me and even my 13 year old was looking at me like«what the heck is this»? Bottome line, the subs are super tasty, they make them super fast but not accurate and the music was way too loud. However, I do really enjoy them better than old stale bread Subway so we will come back for sure.

ok… i was in north naples… so i tried the jimmy johns just off immokalee rd-(straight across from airport rd) first they yell welcome to jimmy johns — like when you go into a Moe’s(so did they rip that off from Moe’s??) first thing i noticed — -no kids menu… at all. nothing nada… zilch so we had to order a 8″ sub for my 3 yo… second— no pickles??? well yeah we have deli pickles… no i want sliced pickles to go on my sandwich. nope bacon tasted like the precooked stuff you microwave also… bread is ok. i have had better… i do like the subway style of making a sandwich better tho… you order the main filling. and bread first… then you tell them what you want on it as you go .and you can see your sandwich made… JJ – you just order a sandwich and you pick it up at the other end and hope its correct… and they dont give you an order number or ask your name. they just ask you which numbers are yours… like i just came into JJ for the first time– i dont frickin know what numbers everything is… so a big MEH. i dont know what the hype is about… ill stick with the local sandwich shops and the occasional Subway instead
