Messed up 3 years natural growing hair. Even after your second treatment the hair was bright orange and yellow with spots all over the place instead of natural highlighted blond.

Refused to refund the money and suggested us to take an attorney if we want our money back.
No apologies, no customer service.
On top charged for the second treatment and had the nerve to ask for tip.

Now she is lying about «For 25 years at the same location…»
The house may be there since 25 years, but Tanja Heinze ?
She moved to the US just a few years ago.
Look up her DBPR records, license number CL1244152
She is only licensed as Cosmetologist since August 2014, a bit over a year.
Who does she want to fool with those lies? Keep dreaming of 25 years.
Regarding her second comment:
She already had a second chance to make it right. Those photos are after the second time. There won’t be a third ! And we will get our money back !
