I drove down to Naples from Fort Myers because my Tourtrek one-​click push cart was malfunctioning. The guys at the store were very accommodating on the phone and told me to bring the cart down there and they would take care of me. Well, they replaced the cart with a brand new one. I highly recommend Golfsmith when buying products that they manufacture. They stand behind their products 100%!

The store has poor customer service for lefty golfers. They have no functioning way for a lefty to test most clubs before making a non-​returnable purchase. The staff had no interest in helping and did not seem knowlegable at all.
Go to the Golf Guys instead.
