I did not expect to get my wax or any work done on me. I didn’t have or make an appointment but I only had to wait ½ hr and I was set for service. They offer a complimentary wax but only for Florida residents. They also have a promotion if u refer a friend you will receive $ 5 credit for your new service or product purchases. Alexa was very friendly and excellent. My eyebrows do not look like cockroach attenae and they use a gummy type wax;no more wax and strip, pull kinda of deal.
I feel freshened up after my Brazilian wax and the wax was at the right temperature. No burning or worrying if it was too hot. The salon is clean and it’s in a real nice upscale looking strip mall. It was a very pleasurable and nice experience, for not knowing or thinking I would get service. I just went to ask for info, and I’m glad I did.

Sitting in the waiting room and I’m hearing the girls at the front desk talk about a customer after she just left. Very rude. I would not suggest going to this wax center.

Made my appointment via their app and went to their location for the first time. Very clean, professional and fresh looking. All of the staff were super nice. Had no idea that European wax center was a franchise and global chain. After my first wax session I signed up for a package of 9 since it was such a great experience. Highly recommend. Least painful waxing experience ever!

I absolutely LOVE Jordan! Great brazilian and eyebrow wax in about twenty minutes! She is super sweet too and makes it as comfortable as a brazillian can possibly be. Salon is always clean and it is easy to make and reschedule appointments.

I’m so happy to have discovered the European Wax Center. I’ve always been nervous of getting waxed. Especially because I didn’t want to get undressed in front of a stranger. From the very first wax until today, I have had NO reason to feel uncomfortable or insecure. Terry is phenomenal– such a sweet, sweet girl, and she really cares about her profession.
I’ve been waxed before, but I’ve never had such great results like I have from the EWC. Compared to other places I have been waxed at, the environment at the EWC is extremely clean (very important to me), everyone is professional and SO nice. The prices are unbeatable, too, especially for a bikini wax/​Brazilian. I would recommend the European Wax Center always!

I have been seeing Terry for almost one year now and she is great! Good deals if you buy the package and you can can pay in increments if you need to. There is a bit of upscale pressure here but I ignore it. One gal at the desk is not too nice but the overall experience is good here. It’s very clean and they are professional.

5 Stars for it’s cleanliness, great interior décor, lovely aesthetic.
1 Star for the bedside manor of the esthetician. I suppose you have to get to know the staff, and choose who you are most comfortable.
