Domino’s Pizza

We have given these guys the benefit of the doubt a couple times but now we are convinced they are just not good. It is a shame but tonight is the last time we will be disappointed by this Dominos.

Mary Ann was our chef today. We love the online ordering and current progress report. Mary Ann whipped up our pizza in no time and now Raymond is bringing it to us. .Stand by for taste test.
Wow! They pizza really hit the spot. .but the wings were a bit gooey. .I like mine crispy. Raymond. .thank you fir bringing our pizza while it was still hot! !

We did the on-​line ordering, which was very easy. We had it delivered and service was fast. Better yet, food was hot! While some may say the pizza wasn’t good, ours was very good! We will definitely order again!

I come visit family in Florida twice a year, everytime I do our favorite meal is from this place! We get to watch the game and eat delicious food and when we are done there is not 1 dish to clean up! Doesn’t get better than that. The pizza is delivered hot and ready, the wings have great sauce and we always get it well done so it’s nice and crispy! Fast Delivery!

Absolutely the WORST PIZZA EVER!!! First time we ate it, we all got stomach acid severely. So I thought we would try it again months later, like LAST NITE. Well made me violently throw up. And stomach acid was Awful. I will NEVER eat that Garbage Again.

The manager of this store is one of the rudest and most arrogant people you will ever deal with in any customer service industry. My pizza was obviously dropped on its side ruining it, but it was delivered anyway. When I called to complain about my order I was questioned and accused of dropping it myself. He then proceeded to tell me that it was my problem not his. When I said I would complain formally and include a picture to corporate, he said he did not care if I complained because he is a franchise. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be writing a formal letter including a picture of the pizza to corporate. Here is the info for anyone who needs it. Domino’s Pizza Inc, 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbour, MI 48 105. A formal written or typed letter using snail mail is best in these matters. Adress it to the CEO J. Patrick Doyle, CFO Michael T. Lawton, and COO Scott Hinshaw. Even a franchise must hold up the standards of the brand they represent. Don’t let this individual intimidate you. That is his tactic.

Always great pizza! I have family in town and when ever I come to visit I order delivery. It is always quick and taste great. I also love the boneless chicken and cheese bread

No complaints with the quality of the pizza or staff.
However, carryout time was listed as 18 – 23 minutes. We waited about 50 minutes.
Supposedly a large order came in before ours was ordered but the online ordering system should be able to adjust for this.

The service is always great here. The food is always hot and tastes like it should. The staff is always smiling and looking forward to helping us. The only negative is that customers usually have to remind the cashier to grab the dipping sauces you’ve paid for– other than that, we love it!

We order pizza regularly and enjoy this place. Fast, courteous drivers, food arrives hot which is a good thing. Ordering online is very easy.
