Great all around gift shop within a great southern restaurant. So cheap, it is amazing. Unlimited biscuits and corn bread. Be careful, vegetarians, a lot of their southern dishes are made with bacon and ham. The omlete for my son was just a flat scrambled egg cooked on the flat top with a little cheese and mushrooms. The mac and cheese is the best and you have to try the hash brown casserole. Great, fast service. Excellent iced tea. Coca cola cake for desert was an excellent finish. The gift shop is full of college clothes, candy, holiday gifts, etc. An overall great experience.

Wonderful efficient and friendly service for the travelers before or right after the long Everglades stretch of road. The lines might appear long, but do not let that fool you for the tables are turned rather quickly at this location. Parking is plentiful and the rest rooms are always clean and stocked. The clearance section is always worth a stop. Safe travels

Always have great food and pleasant service! Plus the country store is always fun to wander through for little knick knacks. Prices are extremely reasonable and there is a ton of variety on the menu. Bathrooms are clean, which of course is a huge plus!

Greeted by Lilly at hosting station. She gave us a warm welcome. Lots of people, probably large groups. We were seated right away. Amy our Server greeted us right away and asked me, would we like fresh Coffee? She was multitasking. On her way with food to another table. That is smart when it comes to taking care of your Customers. Makes the Customer feel acknowledged and sets the tone for a good experience. I had their Traditional 2 perfect Poached Eggs. Yes, grits. Their Country Fried Apples.(I chop them up & top off their soft grits) ***FYI Grits are actually white Corn Meal. And NO. Not Everyone Can Cook Them. The Best in my opinion is «The Fine Cornmeal». I cheat. It’s ALLGLUTENFREE:-) Including those Yummy Succulent, Creamy Party in your Mouth Apples:-p– Juicy, moist sausage links. More Hot coffee. And lots of topping of our Coffee. Not only by Amy but other Staff members. Including Ms. Judy who’s been a member of the wonderful family of Cracker Barrel FOR24yrs. That was nice to hear. Off to Shop at the Country Store. You can find some Unique Items here. Service with a Smile. There Enthusiasm is Infectious. Love to Stop here.

I love everything about Cracker Barrel. The employees are always friendly. The food is down-home-yummy. And the prices are extremely reasonable. My favorite is the apple dumpling. I dream about this dessert. Anytime anyone asks where I want to eat, Cracker Barrel is always my first choice.

I’m convinced we were fed yesterday’s leftovers. Our sampler’s arrived very dry, the grits and gravy were dried over on the top, the biscuits were crunchy and everything was barely lukewarm. I asked for juice with no pulp but that wasn’t right either. I didn’t even touch the hashbrowns because they looked regurgitated. Very disappointed.

Well this time i stopped it was only for Breakfast before hitting the road back across to Ft Lauderdale, had been over fishing in Marco Island for a few days. Cracker Barrel food is almost always consistently excellent. The usual variable is your waitress /waiter. Well, scored huge today, absolutely wonderful personality, took great care of us, very friendly. My bad, didn’t get her name, but hats off, excellent food, excellent service, so value, service and food quality, will keep me coming back when I am in the area! What a difference it makes in your experience to have someone greet you with a sincere smile and friendly attitude. Bruce BTW tipped about 50%, since our bill wasn’t that much but felt she deserved something for her effort!

Very nice Cracker Barrel restaurant. As we walked in, a lady greeted us like we were regulars. The food was great and the server was very nice. The music was very low so that I wouldn’t bother anyone’s conversation. The country store, as usual, had a really cool knickknacks.

As a vegetarian they have plenty of sides but be careful if you are vegan, they use certain broths in their stewing/preps of veggies. This place will never be a vegetarian haven but they are heading to healthier alternatives and when you are married to a Omnivore, converted Carnivore, you have to compromise when its about eating out. Still a good family place with home like cooking. Always the best service, everyone speaks English, and barely ever a wait, even as the parking lot looks full. Reason for one less star: The NOISE level can be deafening as they do need more curtains or something to absorb the sounds. Add children to the mix and your meal is no longer as enjoyable. I always retreat to the old fashion candy section of the market area, unhealthy but brings back such good childhood memories, I just stand in the aisles and savor the thoughts.

Rating: 74⁄100 pts When driving those long stretches on road trips, is there honestly anything more comforting than that orange logo of the man perched by that barrel? Southern comfort food is a cuisine that’s all but disappeared from modern city life, which is too bad, because it certainly has its share of virtues. Cracker Barrel allows you to experience all the joys of traditional American Southern cooking, with the charm of Southern hospitality and as much authenticity as your grandma’s kitchen. Not only that, it’s virtually a full time warp, as you also get that old-timey gift shop, chock full of classic American candies and snacks you pretty much won’t find anywhere else. So how’s the food? Well, pretty darn tasty, and a deal at that. You end up paying around $ 12 for a huge, Southern-sized portion of hearty eatin’. My favorites include the surprisingly tender Roast Beef and the gravy slathered Chicken Dumplings. If I want something on the light(er) side, I tend to opt for the Catfish or Haddock – both pretty decent as far as fish goes. If I’m feeling particularly jocular(and can bear a caloric guilt trip from my conscience) I might go for the Country Fried Steak.(Deep fried steak topped with country gravy? Hell yes.) All meals come with home made biscuits or corn bread, but you can opt for both, which I recommend. The biscuits are warm and buttery and probably the best south of Georgia. The corn bread is homely and goes perfect with a knife’s stroke of butter or fruit preserve. And then there’s the sides. Where else are you going to find cottage cheese, fried apples, and turnip greens? It’s also tough to pass up the mashed potatoes, mac ‘n cheese, and whole kernel corn, and there’s also a rotating vegetable of the day. They have healthier choices like baby carrots and garden salad, in case you’re already breaking the calorie bank. Either way, the lunch specials come with THREE choices of sides, but I still find it difficult to choose each time. Food quality is quality and certainly above par with anything else you’ll find off a freeway. And besides, whoever said Southern food should be fancy? With the rocking chairs out front, the post-Civil war wall décor, and the classic country playing over the speakers, just see if you can get through a meal without walking out speaking in your best Southern accent; I know I can’t!

If I could give zero stars for service, I absolutely would. This CB does not have it together when it comes to busy lunchtimes. My table(4 people) had 3 different servers during our lunch. Most people would call that *service*, right? Wrong. They lost our tickets, brought out the wrong drinks and orders, & put the wrong food on bills! Instead of admitting that they had made a mistake, it was one excuse after the other. When it was time to cash out, the cashier had no basic math skills– you even have a register to help you out! My bill was $ 7.63, I gave her $ 20.03, but it blew. her. mind.

What a gem! First day in Florida and was told that I had to check this place out. Our server rocked and provided great service! Food was pretty delicious and the chicken dumplings were really good even though they were slightly room temperature. Ordered a medium rare steak and got a medium well steak but that got fixed pretty quickly. It’s a cozy place to have a meal when you’re in Florida.

Dann wieder Schürzen, Kissen, Kochbücher im Old Style.

First time I’ve eaten at Cracker Barrel since moving here, and it still hits the spot for good down home southern style cooking. Love their pancakes with fresh maples syrup, get their sausage patties(not links here) with the awesome smoke flavor and you must have some of the biscuits and gravy(preserves as an option as well). Over the years, those are my favorite items. Whether it’s lunch or breakfast, you should be able to find something to satisfy your craving. I’d also like to give kudos for the staff at this location for being very courteous and customer oriented, not always the case around here in Naples unfortunately.

I’m always happy with most of my food from any Cracker Barrel. I had a stuffed chicken breast tonight that was as close to home made as possible. I always love shopping for candy here, too.

Yee Haw! I’ve had meals at The Cracker Barrel for lunch and dinner. I can pretty much say its the same as you would get at almost any other location I can count on a basic home style meal with all the fixins for a good price, I especially liked the meat loaf and Fried catfish with Mashed potatoes and gravy. Cornbread, greens, corn, and beef stew. Before and after your meal they have a country store that is fun with candy and gifts to browse. Although the parking lot is often full they rarely have a long waiting period. even during the season. Although you can see it from 75&951 the entrance is off Beck Blvd. By the Shell station. Enjoy!
