Wow!!! I was actually told to go F** myself by the customer service representative. Do not use this app for your iPhone. You will have your card charged after being disrespected by the phone staff. This is an outsourced agency and be aware that you WILL be ripped off. And to anyone from the company reading this. After recording this phone conversation which was so horrendous I do have the FULL INTENTION TO ENACT MY LEGAL RIGHTS BY PURSUING LEGAL REMEDY. We will be filing charges for Larson and Theft against this agency. No Manager or Supervisor exists for this group so don’t waist your time. DO NOT USE !! Besides after this lawsuit they will be exposed for the fraud this agency is.
