All Saints Eye Center

So one day at work I smashed my face (Eye socket really) into a peg that we display product on– I know how stupid that sounds but I did and it hurt. A lot. There was blood, I couldn’t see straight, almost fainted. It was terrifying. I sent a picture to a friend of mine that is a nurse. She sent me to these guys.
OMG They are wonderful. They were extremely nice and professional. They did several little tests to make sure I hadn’t done serious damage to my cornea and retina and then had their dermatologist sew my eyelid back together. She even offered to check a couple of moles I have had forever since I was there already.
I have gone to the same eye doctor in FtMyers since I was 15. I am making this place my new permanent doctor’s office. Seriously the best experience I have EVER had at an eye doctor.

Worst place ever. They charged me over $ 100 to tell me that I don’t need glasses even though I’ve been wearing glasses since middle school! I think the doctor needs his eyes checked! Or maybe this guy preformed a miracle on me. I can’t tell.

If I could put zero stars I would. There have been no improvements in the staff since the last reviewer wrote in 2012. They made a mistake ordering my contacts, which I totally understand happens sometimes, but instead of apologizing (which they never did!) they turned the situation into a nightmare. Never calling back when they said they would, telling me they would «see what they could do,» providing temporary contacts that they knew my eyes were sensitive too, all while being being endlessly rude.

I had an eye exam in January — the optometrist over-​corrected my eyes. I was nauseous and light headed/​dizzy. I was refracted again beginning of February and the prescription was different — the glasses were made again and the over-​correction wasn’t as severe but I still could not get used to the glasses.
I recently had an exam from an ophthalmologist and was told that the previous prescriptions over-​corrected my eyes. Don’t go to these quacks!

EVER BEEN HUNG UP ON BY A DOCTOR? I have! The people at this place are rude and unprofessional. From the front staff to the Doctor who wrote me the wrong prescription and them tried to cover it up by basically calling me an idiot. DON’T BOTHER GOING THERE. DON’T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY.
