Honestly the teachers seem really nice and competent but the main women that run the place whenever I am there waiting are incredibly rude to parents and teachers and especially kids. They are not at all kid friendly and not helpful to parents. They gossip about parents and teachers and are not interested in being helpful.

The owner doesn’t care that schedule’s change or circumstance change. Wouldn’t work with our schedule. Wouldn’t let us break our contract. Recommended leaving school early.

Not a good experience with the owner. I was told there’s something called a group spot during the recital by one of the front desk attendants but when I talked to the owner she was adamant that’s not even possible.
It’s quite possible the attendant didn’t know the exact details but the owner would help her business more if she were to start trusting her customers more than have a strong opinion in the first place
Overall our kid is having fun so we’ll continue (I was hoping to get out but we’ve been charged for 3 mths straight and I don’t want to have another long discussion with the owner)
