We made an appointment for a whole house special. The first appointment they called and cancelled (while we were waiting at the house for them). I rescheduled for the following day. They showed up at 4pm (leaving the cars running outside). After reviewing the job they stated the job was too big and its too late in the day to start the job. In addition the actually stated that each closet is an additional room not included as part of the bedroom. When making the appointment they only verified that each room is not over 300 sq ft (max size to be counted as a room). I would never recommend this company even to my worst enemy!
