Thanks again Larry! Larry has helped keep us up and running for years. As a business owner he understands we need fast turn around when we are having computer issues. We have never had any communication issues. We support small business owners, such as Larry, who give you personalized service and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. He has repaired our computers, built a computer, and is always just a phone call away if we need advice on computer issues.
I am guilty of not writing more positive Unilocal reviews when I am happy with service. I really should because I know there are people who just love to write only negative ones.

Oh boy… if you only knew… Larry never once called me and kept me hanging for 2 months with a bag of lies. He is not qualified, plain and simple. I posted a screen shot of an infection I still had, after he returned my computer on my
page. A friend of a friend contacted me about the issue. He had my computer for 24 hours and replaced no hardware. He performed 3 scans and did multiple software updates. My laptop is performing better than ever!
Larry is all washed up and has lost a lot of business. My folks and their neighbors used to use him. One lady has been waiting 2 months for him to come out and reconnect her computer in her new condo. Never a follow up and stopped returning her calls.

I’m shocked by the previous review, I have been doing business with Larry Shavers for over 3 years and I have never had a problem with him or his work to my pc, my children’s or my work laptop. Larry has replaced my keyboard on my laptop and what I thought would cost me a small fortunate, was at a minimum. Thanks’ Larry. He was very prompt and once I received my computer or laptop, I’ve never had to return it because of the same problem. I’ve recommended Larry to my family and friends. Mr. Shavers takes the time to explain what was done to your computer and gives suggestions on how to care for your computers. Larry will also recommend that it might be time for a new pc. and it’s not that he tries to sell you one. When I called him, the first thing he asked me how old my computer was and made a suggestion that I probably should invest in a new one, I appreciate Mr. Shavers being in Naperville, not only is it easy accessible, but I think you’ll always be satisfied with Mr. Shavers, something fast and quick service and if he can’t deliver he will give you a courteous call. I love good customer service, something Americans have been getting away from. Thank you Mr. Shavers.
