Called Tuesday morning after Memorial Day weekend and was able to get a 12−2pm time slot to have my front door re-​keyed. Tech showed up a little before 2 and was done within 20 min. Would use again.

Wonderful group of people to work with! Came right out and fixed our lock. I would use them again!

We went to Goldy Locks because we had had good experience with them some years back. We went in to the showroom and Dan set us up to have a deadbolt installed the next day. The tech was supposed to be there between 1 and 3. At 3:40 we get a call that the tech just finished up a job and would be by us at 4:15. When no one showed by 5:15 I called. It was after 5:00 and the shop was closed so I got the «after hours» person. He had no Idea what was going on. He didn’t know which tech was supposed to be coming to our place. He said to call the shop the next morning! I complained. He said he would try to find out and call us back. We never heard from him. The next morning we get a call from Mike. He says the tech finished up at 6:00pm and was supposed to come to us after that. Well if the tech finished a job at 6:00pm why were we told he would be by us at 4:15?
Mike sounded surprised when we cancelled our order.

prompt, changed out my locks (just moved to a new house), reasonably priced… would give 5 stars, but the locksmith wasn’t super friendly… maybe just a bad day. overall, good experience & would use them again!

I just got finished with the locksmith and the whole experience was very smooth, professional, and the locksmith himself (Logan) was very friendly and didn’t even mind teaching me about how locks worked.
They were very prompt about sending him out here and he was on time.
The pricing seemed to be very reasonable. I had 7 locks rekeyed and the total was a hair over $ 200.
I would definitley recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Fast, professional, charges were told upfront on the phone, and that is what we paid. Just moved into a new house and had 5 locks re-​keyed for a total of $ 179. Never had to have this done before, so I don’t know if that is a decent price or not, so if you know your prices, or do your homework a little better than I did, you can judge for yourself.

I’ve used this locksmith group three times — twice to re-​key my new homes, and once when I locked myself out of my car while still running. They are very nice guys and show up right on time. I had to wait about an hour for the car lock-​out, but other places quoted a longer wait. Reasonable prices compared to similar businesses.
