A shop literally up the stairs, I’ve walked along Washington countless times but have overlooked this shop that could and am kicking myself it took months to find.
Holiday weekend visit, my shopping cohort and I were on the lookout for gifts and of course the need to accessorize our own outfit for the day. Cruising down the alley, my cohort looked up to check out the buildings and saw a sign for a sale. Naturally i was paying attention to the scents of olive oil waning through the alley way and paid little attention to her suggestion to turn around.
Walking up the stairwell in a house that has been converted into shops, we ventured into Embellishments. Accessories all around that at first glance make you wish you didn’t have a stigmatism. There is a whole lot going on. Silver, Gold, Broches, Freeform, CZ, Cuffs and Bangles galore.
The shop is a dreamboat for anyone on a budget and looking to spruce up their daily attire. If I am feeling drab and my jewls aren’t cutting it, you can count on seeing me in this store.
My cohort purchased several items including a furry belt, several rings and a necklace I believe? There is also a nice selection of clutches, scarves, handbags and sweaters. Very pleased with the merch and service inside and will make this a local spot.
