I totally had a wonderful experience and don’t understand the previous two vitriolic reviews. Dr. Schneider is exceptional! The second I walked into the office I felt comfortable and that the entire staff was looking out for me. The wait was literally a minute and I felt Dr. Schneider addressed all my concerns and never felt in the least rushed. I came into my appointment with my own preconceived notions about my symptoms but Dr. Schneider explained her diagnosis in a way I could comprehend and we agreed on the appropriate course of treatment. I have been looking for a Primary Care doctor for a while now, I just found her!

Quite possibly the worst«medical professional» I have ever been to in my life. 1. Anne Schneider has zero personality and is awful at even feigning the slightest desire to want to see her patients 2. She does NOT want to listen to what the patient thinks/has to say(which any even slightly good doctor will tell you is vital to do) 3. She misdiagnosed me and gave me a prescription for an «infection» I didn’t even have 4. She has no intention of finding the root of the problem — just wants to write a prescription and send the patient off Dr Cianci was amazing. Dr Anne Schneider is the polar opposite of the way Dr Cianci practiced. I have no intention of ever going back to this this practice. She has zero passion of truly wanting to help her patients. Plus, with her inaccurate diagnoses, I feel I can get a better idea of my health by consulting with a «magic 8 ball», at least it will listen to me.

When Dr Cianci left this practice, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to change Docs. I’d always hated the distance from my house but kept going because I was too lazy to find another. Needing a quick appt for my Kindergartener and having no time for a new patient wait, I scheduled the appt, knowing it would be my last. Then Dr Anne Schneider walked in. My 5 yr old immediately liked her. She was personable and funny. I can’t even remember the last time I liked a Dr so much. If she weren’t our Dr, I’d want to grab lunch with her. Warm personality aside, we have been here for everything from asthma, earaches, and immunizations to basketball injuries(he’s in his 40s but thinks he’s still 25). We always receive great care here. Staff is great, nurses are great. And wait time is always minimal. It’s a solid home run all around. I knew from the first meeting that although inconvenient, I wasn’t going anywhere. She is worth the traffic.
