For anyone buying a house or condo, I highly recommend an inspection from 1st Choice Inspection Services from Naperville. There is another company with a similar name, which confused us, but I am recommending this inspection company at 630−904−9296 (
).
Not only is their office manager Larissa a pleasure to work with, their inspector Rick Mandac who helped us was so professional, knowledgeable with an extensive background in construction and just a super nice person.
Overall, they have the kind of customer service that will keep us a customer without hesitation if we buy another place in the future.
