Wyman Property Management

Warning! This place totally sucks.
We made an appointment to view a property and agreed to Wyman’s time schedule which caused us to adjust ours completely as the customer taking a day off work.
We showed up at 1pm and Wyman said they forgot when we called at 1:10 and thought it was 2pm. As we waited five other couples arrived and we’re all there to view the property as some sort of staged hype or a orchestrated feeding frenzy by Wyman?
This was never disclosed to us or we would never have agreed to it.
We then got another phone call by Carmen from Wyman stating the owner forgot to drop off Key’s then said oh I just found them.
Needless to say Wyman is Un professional and I would never use them again. Terrible service and zero ethics and respect for potential renters.

Maybe Tynia is the one who had a bad day, since she took the time to create a Unilocal account just to write her negative review. I have personally dealt with Wyman property management since they have been in business & have never had one negative experience with them. Carolina is a pleasure to work with & always takes care of any needs I may have with my rental. The team they work with is great & I have even recommended them to friends & family by far the best property management I have dealt with in the Napa Valley

This new property management company has an experienced team of qualified individuals who come from Hedgerow Property Management. Over the 3 years that we’ve done business with them, Carolina, Mindy and her team have been nothing but responsive, caring, and helpful whenever we needed them (and we needed them A LOT!)
As with any situation, there are always 2 sides to every story. Rants should be taken with a grain of salt.
We have just renewed our contract for another 2 years and look forward to promising future with Wyman Property Management.
